I am currently in the process of going abroad with Pro Vision HR Solutions, UAE, and I am extremely satisfied with their outstanding service and support. The entire team has been highly professional, efficient, and dedicated throughout the process. My experience with HR Provision has been very disappointing. They attracted clients through attractive advertisements promising overseas employment and collected money with strong assurances, but the commitments they made were not fulfilled. After applying, the process did not move forward clearly, which caused long-term stress for the applicant. It has now been more than one year, and there is still no concrete result. In a situation where the refund should have been provided smoothly, repeated requests for my money were met with pressure and threatening behavior instead of proper support. Although they sent an email in September promising to issue a refund, the payment has still not been returned to this day. Because of this, I feel that I have been treated unfairly. Service providers are expected to maintain transparency, responsibility, and trust toward their clients, but my experience was the opposite. I am currently continuing efforts to bring this matter within the legal framework. I strongly advise others to gather full information and be cautious before using their services.

Very bad experience with Provision HR Solutions (Dubai). I paid NPR 150,000 on May 6, 2025 for a Czech Republic work permit. They promised a refund if the process was not completed within 3 months. It has been months now — no work permit and no refund. They keep giving excuses and avoid responsibility. This feels like a scam. I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT trust this consultancy or make any payment. Be careful.

I apply for Austria work visa and my friend I am sad because it is my dream country but maybe god have different plans for me. Thank you so much Provision Hr Solution even my process did not went well I am still satisfied of their genuinely service because they refund all my money for Austria process including my friend money and thank you very much to Miss Annie guided us and support us for our refund.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the way my issue has been handled. I requested a refund within the valid refund period, but the company delayed the process and failed to take action until the refund deadline had already passed. Now they are refusing to process the refund. I contacted for support multiple times, and the agent stated that the company has not responded or cooperated regarding this matter. This is not an acceptable excuse, as internal communication failures should never be the customer's burden. I also attempted to contact the owner/management directly, but there has been no response. The lack of accountability, transparency, and customer care is very concerning. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue further through formal complaints and appropriate consumer protection channels. I strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with this company.

Please do not apply through Provision HR Solution. They are only providing work permits and make you for 13–15 months, and after that there is nothing. When we asked for a refund due to the situation, there is no success. They said it would be processed within 60 working days as per the agreement. However, even after 7–8 months, the refund has still not been provided. Please do not waste your hard-earned money.
