C3Pay is one of the best apps I have used 👍😊 The customer service team is excellent and responds very quickly to customers. I had an issue with transferring money, but after contacting customer service, they solved the problem quickly and my money was transferred successfully. I really appreciate their fast support and professional service. Highly recommended 🌟👏

My experience with the C3 app has been extremely disappointing. The app is full of unnecessary charges, and the pricing structure is neither transparent nor reasonable. Users end up paying far more than expected for services that are quite basic. What makes it worse is that the quality of service does not justify these costs at all. The app creates expectations of a professional and reliable service, but the actual experience falls far short. Customer support is slow and often unable to provide satisfactory answers regarding the charges. It feels like every interaction comes with another fee, while the service itself remains average at best. I have used many similar apps, and C3 offers one of the poorest value-for-money experiences I have encountered. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the platform appears more focused on collecting additional fees wherever possible. The lack of transparency regarding costs is frustrating and leaves users feeling misled. Unless significant improvements are made to pricing transparency, customer support, and overall service quality, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this app. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

We are not happy with the new transfer fee. Previously, transfers were free regardless of the amount, but now a fee of 6 AED is charged for transfers below 735 AED. If possible, please remove this fee. It would make the service much more convenient and beneficial for your customers. Thank you.

My account was hacked from 3rd May and I called customer service to block the account but until now I haven't received a new card yet every time I try to call regarding my new c3 pay card they keep on telling me to wait for more 6 days after I complete the six days they add more days I have to pay my expenses but I can't access my account to withdraw or make any transactions. Why someone has to wait for like a full month or more than that for the new card, please try to help me as soon as possible before I mentally become sick I will be grateful for a good response
