This cargo is fraud now Almost 1 year still cargo not reached if we call them they are lying by telling that call this number that number just they are making excuses which cargo will take one year to deliver and still not reached to the destination place so please don’t trust this Cargo😡😡😡😡really disappointed by DR courier

am extremely disappointed with the service from DR Courier. It has been nearly 6 month since I sent my cargo from Dubai to Mumbai, and my items are damaged and i complait in Dr courier they are not responding our calls. Despite repeated attempts to reach out, the company has been completely not good. my invoice number is 546420

Very bed service. Mr.Ajmal Sale person told me to the price 1KG 4.90 after the packing done they ask documentation charges 40 AED extra. If you guys handling the customer service you have to be tell customer before. Dubai you cannot fix anything without getting stress out!! Sad. Do not recommend! But if you want to lose money, welcome!

Very worst services 9 month over. I sent ship cargo on abudhabi to chennai Still not received my cargo . Worker is not proper replay. Very worst services. This fraud Company. Now change the company name Dr express logistics. I will rise the complaint on det consumer rights

Recently i send Cargo to India from Dr Cargo on 30th of Jan 2025, but still I didn’t received my parcels which are lying in India customs from 19 of feb 2025 I got fed up following with Dr Cargo team but they are not able or enough capable to check or release our shipment from port. This is worst experience I ever had with Cargo company’s. Better if we connect all together those who are having issues with DR cargo and go for legal action against them.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my shipment with your company. I sent a cargo package on 02/01/2023 and it has been over 107kg without delivery.. Despite repeated waiting, the cargo has still not reached its destination, and I have not received any satisfactory update or resolution from your side. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. This they are doing Fraud service.😡😡😡😡 I kindly request your immediate action to:

Absolutely Horrible Service – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would! I sent a parcel TWO months ago, and it is still not delivered. No updates, no proper customer support, just endless excuses. Every time I contact them, I get the same generic response: "We are looking into it." This company is completely unreliable. They take your money but don’t deliver your parcels. I have wasted time, energy, and money, and at this point, I don’t even know if my package will ever arrive. If you value your items and your peace of mind, DO NOT use this courier service!
