Having trained here for two years, I can confidently say this gym has some of the best vibes in the city. The PTs are experts in their field, and the JLT view during a workout is a major plus. The equipment is solid, though a few upgrades would take it to the next level. What really sets this place apart is the service—Wilson and the rest of the reception team are incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in. Between the pool, the sauna, and the clean, spacious lockers, it’s a top-tier fitness destination. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic gym, the environment is perfectly balanced between not being too humid or too dry. The equipment is well-maintained and consistently appears brand new. The lounge area is nice as well; it’s quite roomy. The reception staff is excellent; they are friendly and always willing to assist with any inquiries. The coach is also impressive, as he consistently checks to ensure that everyone’s posture is correct.

A great gym for everyday workouts—clean, well-maintained, and with beautiful views overlooking JLT. Truly happy with the helpful staff as well. Honestly, one of the best gyms you’ll find in the area.

From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. She handled all my inquiries efficiently and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Janine consistently maintains a positive attitude and creates a friendly atmosphere that makes members feel comfortable and valued. Her excellent communication skills and willingness to help truly stand out. She is a great asset to the fitness club, and her dedication to providing top-notch customer service does not go unnoticed. It is a great place! I have been a member for 2 years, and I go every day. I enjoy classes every day - body attack, body combat, and body pump are my favorites. Coaches are friendly and professional. The staff is amazing - efficient, friendly, welcoming, and motivating. Shout-out to the front desk and cafe staff who greet everyone with a smile. The equipment is great, and it is not overcrowded. But what really made a difference in my body transformation journey is taking private sessions with a coach. Allan is great - he pushes me further, with confidence. I have seen progress quickly.

Great gym with clean facilities and solid equipment. everything you need without feeling like you’re fighting for machines. The vibe is motivating, and somehow even cardio feels slightly less like a punishment here. If sweating was a hobby, this place would be my favorite hangout. 💪

Charmaine is incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. John is just as attentive and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hasslefree everyy time. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service really set the tone for the whole gym experience. It’s rare to find a front desk team that’s this consistent and friendly.
