The trainers are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals. I especially love the variety of classes and the positive energy in every session. It’s a perfect place to work on your fitness while feeling comfortable and supported. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality gym experience!

Christine is also wonderful, warm, professional, and genuinely caring. You can truly feel that client satisfaction is a top priority here. I absolutely love the classes at Seven, especially Hybrid and Strength and Conditioning. A big thank you to Omar, Luckas, and Aaron for the energy, motivation, and knowledge they bring to every session. Their coaching style, attention to each client, and ability to push you while making training enjoyable really make a difference. I also had my first massage experience with therapist Mi Mi, and it exceeded all my expectations. Her professionalism, skill, and care made it one of the best massage experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I couldn’t live without this club! Best gym in Dubai, no competition. From equipment, to technology, to variety of machines and more. I spend whole days there even just working on my laptop before workouts etc in The Dose by Silvena (amazing place btw - chef Silvena is very well known in Bulgaria where I am from). The facilities are impeccable, I always finish my workouts with the infrared sauna and the cold plunge! They even have lymphatic massage booths for recovery! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you this gym!

Seven Gym Dubai is a super nice gym with a great atmosphere and a huge variety of equipment. Everything you need for training is there, from cardio to strength machines and all the tools for a comfortable workout. I especially love that it feels very comfortable for ladies — clean, spacious, and easy to train in without feeling crowded. The gym is well organized, modern, and has everything for both beginners and advanced training. Definitely one of the nicest gyms in Dubai!

This is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Everything is so clean and organized — I literally have no complaints. The equipment is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and the whole place just looks beautiful and aesthetic. They have everything you need, and everything works perfectly. I’m definitely coming back! 💯💪

This gym is super aesthetic and extremely high tech everything feels next generation and brand new. The machines are amazing, the space is beautiful. The women’s changing room and bathrooms are always spotless (the cleaning team is incredible). There’s also a very nice restaurant inside, which makes the whole experience even better. I’ve tried many gyms around the world because I love training in beautiful places when I travel, and honestly this one in dubai is good option. My only disappointment: they don’t offer short term memberships. They only have yearly plans, which is sad for frequent travelers like me. I could only try a one day pass. 🥹
