It’s a fantastic audio store with excellent hifi . They have good knowledge of hi fi equipment . They guide you in correct direction according to your budget . I have bought speakers and high end amplifiers from them. Their after sales service is par excellence . I would blindly recommend Dubai Audio for hifi and home theatre systems. You can’t go wrong with them.

The best in the UAE, by far. Every time I visit Dubai Audio, I leave completely blown away. The team are so knowledgeable and passionate about hi-fi, it's infectious. And their advice is always spot-on. Really do yourself a favour and visit Dubai Audio, to experience the listening rooms at least. The experience is undeniably elegant and refined, it's a revelation.

if you have a sweet tooth, you’re going to be in trouble, because the Dubai Audio store on Sheikh Zayed Road is the Candy store of dreams. Of course I couldn’t leave empty handed. The problem is that now I want more. I need not go anywhere a less for my hifi needs. Thank you Ali for your professional service. Your installation team was also a credit to your business. I had a crackling sound issue with my Klipsch Sevens and tried to fix it myself by resetting both the hardware and firmware, but without success. I then took them to the Dubai Audio showroom and service center. I expected the repair to take weeks, but the team at Dubai Audio fixed the issue in just one day by replacing an internal board. Unbelievably quick fix👌

Sometimes you may feel shy to visit a high end audio store. This is not one of those cases. From the moment I started my enquiry, to the shop visit and the audition experience I felt welcomed and very well treated. The team is well versed in any audiophile queries. You can really challenge and learn at the same time. Special thanks to Mr Adil who was amazing at all times, even through my pesky WhatsApp messaging 🙂 So, did I get something? Well, I went searching for some Sonus Fabers… left with a pair of Klipsch Heresy IV…in the end it’s a matter of personal preference.. the audition is the key… So just make your list, go to Dubai Audio and find out which is to your taste. Repair was quick and seamless. I have drop the device 17th of July 2025, repair was quick I was able to get it 21st of July. They charge us inspection fee of AED 450 upfront.
