Such a good experience. The pilot (a Turkish lady) was very very good. The take off and landing much smoother than anticipated. All the staff was very polite and helpful. Fully recommend this company

First time in a hot air balloon and I loved every moment of it. Our pilot Nicole was great explaining the safety tips (which put my nerves at ease) and the host Kundal was very gracious. I give the whole experience 10/10. Definitely a sunrise I’ll never forget .( IG: @hi_tola)

Great experience of a beautiful sunrise over the Arabian Desert! Very well organised and we had a great captain with very good knowledge and background of the hot air balloons.

Its great experience, Mr Adnan is excellent personality ,he explained each and every aspects of hot air balloon. He was like a guide for entire tour. Captain Nichol is also very cool. She did very good takeoff and smooth landing. It was excellent experience and 7* to support staff and Mr Adnan

It was a nice experience as a first-timer 🫶, thank you also to the staff, especially to our Capt. Ms. Nicole for having a good landing. ❤️❤️❤️
