Like this shop a lot. Good selection more oriental designed lamps. Plus modern designs. When you negotiate prices makes sure they give you prices including bulbs. After all you are buying lamps. So you will need bulbs. And at the end anticipate 5% VAT on top of all. Credit card fees are included.

We purchased an item from the shop and we went to pick it after a few days as agreed. They were to pack the item and keep ready. Before we went to the shop we called the staff who assisted us and he was not in the shop. However he said the product is packed and ready and we can simply collect it as all the payment was done. When we got to the shop no other guys at the shop wanted to help us. They were simply standing, all 4 of them and told us to wait until the staff who helped us get to the shop. They did not even agree to call the guy and check where the item was packed and kept. And when we called the guy and requested them to talk and find out about the package they refused and asked us to wait. It was very rude and unprofessional. However finally the staff who assisted us on the day of purchase came and he was very helpful getting the item to the car.

This is the worst place you can ever shop from. The quality is super bad and the owner knows nothing of the basic customer rights. The item we bought was made out of poor wood quality and it was broken when we opened it, all what we requested was a replacement, what we got was terrible response. We unfortunately had to take it up to the responsible party, we trust that they will do the needful.
