I had an exceptional experience at the Emirates NBD Al Fahidi Branch, and I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Najima for her outstanding support. I was dealing with a very urgent and stressful situation, trying to obtain a bank balance certificate for MOFA attestation. Unfortunately, my experience with other branches was difficult and unhelpful, which caused significant delays and stress. However, everything changed when I came to this branch. Ms. Najima was highly professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping. She took full ownership of my case, guided me through the entire process, and stayed in constant communication to ensure everything was completed correctly and on time. Thanks to her dedication, I was able to receive the required document within the deadline, which was extremely important for my family. This level of service truly stands out. Bad experience with this branch, even after being a priority banking member my token was called I waited more than 30 mins for my turn. I don’t see a point of token system if it is not being followed. Customer service desk was too bad. They treated really bad with me. Would recommend to shut the branch if customer isn’t valued or treated well even at the customer care. We don’t appreciate this behaviour at all. Highly recommend the branch manager to take necessary action against this behaviour of customer care.

The Emirates NBD ATM location usually has too much crowd, even though they have four machines installed. The waiting time becomes long, especially during peak hours. The machines work fine, but the queue management and space arrangement could be improved to make the experience smoother for customers.
