DIB | Muhaisnah Al Ittihad Mall Branch, Dubai

I visited the bank today to update my details and open a new account, and I had an excellent experience. Huzoor was very professional, helpful, and efficient. He assisted me throughout the whole process and completed my transaction quickly and smoothly. His attitude was friendly and respectful, and he provided outstanding customer service. Thank you, Huzoor, for the great support and excellent service! 🌟

My experience with DIB Auto Finance was extremely disappointing. I applied for an auto loan and submitted all the required documents. The bank verified my documents and initially approved the loan process. However, during the final signature stage at the branch, an Assistant Branch Manager made incorrect entries in the system and, as a result, my application was cancelled. I have been following up on this loan for 22 days, investing considerable time and effort. Unfortunately, a mistake made by a bank employee led to the rejection of my application. I was also informed that I am now unable to reapply for the same loan through DIB, despite the issue not being caused by me. I expected a higher level of professionalism, accuracy, and accountability from the branch staff. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I hope DIB reviews this matter seriously and improves its internal controls to prevent other customers from facing similar situations.

Fast and efficient service from start to finish. The customer support was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Bedoor AlAli for the outstanding assistance and excellent customer care. Truly appreciated!
