Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had! The Arabian Tea House at Mercato is a beautiful place with a warm, authentic atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. What truly made my visit exceptional was the incredible service from Menna Allah. I was in a hurry and my reservation was scheduled for later, but she immediately understood my situation and went out of her way to arrange a table for me without any delay. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. It’s rare to come across someone who makes guests feel so genuinely welcomed and valued. Thank you, Menna Allah, for your outstanding service! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for authentic food paired with exceptional customer care.

The food is beautiful and authentic: – fresh saffron rice – traditional sweets and snacks – perfectly brewed Arabic tea Everything is served with so much care — you can really feel the culture in every detail. It’s not just about food, it’s an experience. Perfect for a slow lunch, tea time, or just to escape the usual busy spots. Definitely a place I would come back to

Arabian Tea House is a fantastic place for breakfast! The food was absolutely amazing. I had a delicious egg dish served with fresh bread, tomatoes, and cucumbers, and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. If you're a fan of traditional Arabian breakfast, this is definitely one of the best places in town. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would happily give it 10/10. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and delicious breakfast experience.

Had a lovely lunch at this beautiful place. My daughter absolutely loved the lime grilled chicken. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The ladies looked after us very well. Special thanks to Binita who welcomed us warmly :). Highly recommend.

​Great atmosphere and very friendly staff! The Leqaimat and Dates Cake were okay, but the tea pricing left a bit of a sour taste. AED 30 for a single cup of Sulaimani tea (not a teapot) is simply too high for basic black tea with a few mint leaves, regardless of the venue's name. Good vibes, but definitely overpriced on the tea.
