Inside the mosque, you are required to cover your head and wear an abaya. If you are not dressed appropriately, the staff provide abayas for visitors to borrow free of charge. Inside, if I understand correctly, there may be people performing prayers, and they require peace and quiet. As tourists, we should respect the local Muslim community and strictly follow the rules. I truly love this place—it’s peaceful, beautiful, and captivating. It is definitely a destination worth visiting.

A beautifully preserved piece of history. Its the oldest mosque in the UAE, and you can feel the age in its simple mud-brick walls. It’s small and quiet, with a peaceful atmosphere that invites you to slow down and take it in. Well worth the stop if you’re exploring Fujairah’s east coast.

Absolutely fantastic place. The oldest mosque 🕌 in UAE, dates back to 1599. Its unique architecture is a pure gem! The sun goes through tiny windows making the interior magical.
