Several of my personal belongings, including watches and jewellery, were damaged, and my cosmetics were completely spilled and ruined. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. What made the situation worse was their response when I raised these concerns. I was told that they "cannot take care of everything" and that some damage is to be expected. This kind of attitude clearly shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers’ belongings. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, there was a dismissive and indifferent approach throughout, which is extremely disappointing. It is hard to believe that all genuine reviews are visible here, as my experience has been nothing short of terrible. I strongly urge others to be very cautious before trusting them with anything valuable. A formal complaint has already been registered, and I intend to pursue this matter further.
