We had a wonderful night at that place! The atmosphere was amazing, the food was excellent but the best thing of all was the good service! We were sitting on the Royal area and they make our staying more than wonderful! Thanks to Maruf - one of the boys who take care of our staying. All of them are amazing! Thank you so much again! I can safely say Dutch Oriental is the best on top of the rest, i had a wonderful experience in Lotus Royale, the experience was out of this world we left the yatch well impressed and they exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Junior from Kenya when we was checking in he explained everything to us in a well and respected manner he really know what he do, he is the best and as soon as we stepped inside the Yatch Gilbert from Philippines was with us serving us very well recommending food making our experience more awesome. We will definitely come back again to experience and to meet this wonderful team once Again. Shukran!

It was an amazing experience. I loved the music, food, people and ofcourse the dance show. It takes you on a good tour shows the whole marina and dubai I and some part of Palm Jumeirah. In total you will spend 2 happy and relaxing hours on this boat.

Reserved a cruise for 2 on the mega yacht in Dubai, Pier 7. All you can eat buffet dinner included.a 2:30 cruise with beautiful views of Jumerieh Skyline and we were treated to a firework show on the trip back to the pier. Tons of people onboard, but very comfortable and safe. Great food selection. Would recommend if you’re looking for s relaxing way to spend the evening.

The drinking glasses provided were not clean. Food was 3 out of 10. The entertainment was ok. I had the impression of a luxury Yacht while looking at the yacht from outside but once I entered, everything looked ‘cheap’ Everywhere was clean but I did not really see value for the amount paid. People including me were getting very impatient while docking as the yacht was very slow. It was a 20 -30 min of frustration.

Amazing service. Hats off to Mr Tanzeel on duty as the supervisor, well deserving the position. Even during technical difficulties he's ordered us great options and did not end up cancelling the plan. Thanks man extremely appreciate the effort and the professionalism. Happy to contact you guys again and cruise with the team.

Review for Royal Lotus VIP Cruise Our experience on the Royal Lotus VIP cruise was underwhelming. There was no itinerary provided for the entertainment, leaving us unclear about what to expect. Despite being on the VIP top deck, we were not given a menu at the start of the cruise. When it started raining, there was no communication about the change in schedule, nor any preparation to provide umbrellas or advise us to move to the lower deck. Half of our food and most of the upper deck entertainment were canceled due to the weather, but no compensation or alternative arrangements were offered. While the cruise had potential, the lack of planning and communication left us disappointed.
