Our stay at Atlantis The Palm was absolutely amazing. Such a beautiful and massive hotel with everything you need in one place. There’s so much to do for both kids and adults, from the incredible waterpark and aquarium to the huge variety of restaurants. Everything felt luxurious, fun, and perfectly organized. You could easily spend days here without ever getting bored. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Dubai.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Atlantis The Palm. The hotel is simply spectacular — stunningly beautiful, spotless, and full of impressive details in every corner. The atmosphere feels luxurious and magical from the moment you arrive. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and personalized in their service. They even managed to prepare our room as soon as we arrived at 9:00 a.m., which made a huge difference and allowed us to start enjoying the resort immediately. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the Aquaventure Waterpark, have dinner at one of the local restaurants, and explore the surreal aquarium — all of which made the experience even more special. Every part of the resort felt unique and unforgettable. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels in the world. It is an amazing and once-in-a-lifetime experience, and every penny is absolutely worth it.

Pool service is Royal Pool was also very attentive.||||Kids club extremely well laid out. ||||Overall an exceptional stay.||||My only critique is that it’s still very much set up for day guests in the sense you arrive and check-in and then need to go to the room yourself. No one escorts you, which at this price point is unusual.

Overall a Wonderful Staycation We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options for the whole family. We especially loved the pools and the water park, which were highlights of our trip. The atmosphere was cosy, relaxing, and perfect for a family getaway. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas where service could be improved. The check-in and check-out process felt quite lengthy, and the valet service took a considerable amount of time to bring our car. We also experienced delays with luggage assistance, and it seemed there could be better coordination between the different service teams to make departures smoother for guests. That said, we had a memorable and refreshing stay and would happily return in the future.

Our stay at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai was an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re travelling as a couple or with family, there’s always something to do. The private beach and swimming pools were also excellent, with plenty of space to relax. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a huge variety of international cuisine with fresh, high-quality food. We also enjoyed dining at several of the resort’s restaurants, all of which delivered excellent service and memorable meals. The only downside is that the resort can get quite busy, especially during peak times, and some restaurants require advance reservations. It’s also one of the more expensive hotels in Dubai, but the facilities, service, and overall experience make it worth the price. Overall, Atlantis The Palm is more than just a hotel, it’s a destination in itself. If you’re looking for a luxury holiday with world-class amenities, incredible dining, and unforgettable experiences, I highly recommend it. We would happily return and rate it

We had a wonderful 3 nights at this hotel. The staff were amazing and friendly and helpful. Especially ‘Sunday’ one of the reception gentlemen. Everything was exceptionally clean and our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that water was left in the room complimentary. We only had breakfast which provided us with a vast array of choice and was very tasty setting us up for the day. Perfect location and would definitely stay again if stopping off through Dubai and would certainly recommend it to others.

Kudos to the entire Anantara team from the luggage and parking team, buggy staff, housekeeping, to the front desk staff for making our stay so comfortable. The only little disappointment was that while initially making the reservation, I had mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday and had requested a small decoration and cake arrangement. Unfortunately, that was not included during our stay, which was a bit surprising, especially since Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort had accommodated a similar request before. The resort is absolutely beautiful, very peaceful, and kids-friendly. I would highly recommend the lagoon access room the night view is stunning and the peaceful atmosphere feels like pure bliss. We had a reservation at Mekong, but unfortunately couldn’t make it because our baby was cranky. Even though they usually don’t take room service orders, the restaurant was kind enough to accommodate our request, which we truly appreciated. The food at Mekong is absolutely exceptional 😋👌 and definitely worth trying! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, relax, and take a break from stress and anxiety, this place is highly recommended.

It was a nice trip really worth the 5 star ratings. Jet ski sessions start from 30m, but plan to stay a lil bit more than 1 hour. The riders are going out on groups normally 4-5 Jet Skis together. So aside from the check in, on-boarding/off-boarding, safety lesson and instructions, they will make sure that you have a minimum 30m on the water. Our instructor was Rashid, really cool guy, taking care of everyone and took good photos for us. Price is very good. For the current season, 7:30 or 8:30am sessions are the perfect timing.

We had a fantastic experience today with Nemo team. Me and my friends visiting from abroad rented a 4-seater Jet car and we had an absolute blast. Kamran our captain, gave us a private ride and was absolutely amazing. Took for us loads of photos and videos of us and now we have plenty of memories to look back to! ❤️ highly recommended!

If you want an adrenaline fix and at the same time get one of the best views of the Dubai skyline- this is the experience for you. I booked through their website and they got back to me on WhatsApp to complete the booking. Changing rooms and lockers are provided to keep your things safe. A very well run operation. I had the most incredible experience with Shepherd Balloons & Tours on their early-morning hot air balloon desert safari. Waking up at 4 AM was absolutely worth it! The balloon took off beautifully, and the views from above were breathtaking. After landing, we continued the adventure through the desert, which was both peaceful and stunning. We were then treated to a lovely breakfast much needed after the early start followed by a camel ride and the chance to meet a falcon up close, which was such a special moment. The staff were amazing throughout the entire experience. I met Ali from Ghana, who was so kind and helpful. Shoutout to the rest of the team as well I didn’t get everyone’s names, but they were all wonderful. I highly recommend the hot air balloon desert safari with Shepherd Balloons & Tours. It was truly unforgettable!

I had an amazing sunrise balloon experience with Shepherd Balloon Dubai. Everything was well organized from pickup to landing. The views were unreal, the desert was calm and beautiful, and the whole team made the morning feel special. A big thank you to Ali for being so helpful and welcoming. He made the experience smooth, fun, and easy. We also got to meet a falcon and take photos with it, plus a camel, which made the whole morning even more memorable. The flight was smooth, the landing was perfect, and the certificate at the end was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Dubai.

What an incredible experience! We would highly recommend Shepherdballoondubai. From pick up to drop it, it did not disappoint! Our captain Ersin flew flawlessly and timed the whole thing perfectly. The views were simply stunning! We can’t wait to do it again.

I took visiting family for a hot air balloon ride over the desert. I booked through Wondergifts so was skeptical about how it would work. But, I am happily satisfied. The driver was prompt and communicative the morning of pick up, plus he was an excellent driver. The camp was well decorated and much better than the last camp I went to last year. It was warm and friendly, with string lights and ample seating. We received our safety belts and then headed to the departure site. When we got in the basket, we got a picture taken which was later shared with us via WA. I loved that touch. The flight itself was good. Smooth. The captain explained technicalities during the flight. This balloon path was different than the one I had the previous year but equally as nice. The landing was rough but exciting. We were picked up quickly and then taken back home.

Amaaazing experience! The pick up from the hotel went smoothly, our driver Mr. Abdallah was very nice and brought us safely to the place and also back to the hotel. The ride on the sand dunes also super safe! The communication with Suleiman on whatapp was also super ok. He offered us the information we needed, ready to help us anytime we needed anything. Our pilot Ramy and his team, did an amaazing job! During the whole ride we felt very safe and good taken care of, the landing was also very safe and smooth!! During the ride he constantly showed us things , sometimes taking us closer to them. The breakfast after the ride was very delicious and fresh offering a great variety as well. Everything very professional and safe, many thanks to the whole team! Totally recommended!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with this hot air balloon company! From the start, Leo was incredibly accommodating and helpful with my booking. I had to reschedule the first time, and Leo handled everything so politely and efficiently,,, I really appreciated that. The whole experience was very well organized. Our driver picked us up from the hotel right on time, and when we arrived, we were welcomed by the rest of the team with tea and coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything felt smooth and well-planned from beginning to end. After the flight, we also had the chance to do short horse and camel rides, followed by a lovely buffet breakfast. The atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and enjoyable. Overall, the professionalism and organization of the team really made the experience special. Highly recommend! 🎈

An absolutely unforgettable experience! The hot air balloon ride over the Dubai desert was breathtaking from start to finish. Amazing experience. They are very professional. I highly recommend. Leo was very helpful and supportive and guided us properly. Breakfast was up to the standard. Falcon show up in the sky was the show winner. Horse and camel riding along with the breakfast was arranged in their private farm. Highly recommend booking with them.

The location is convenient for our one night stay in Dubai. The room not only smells clean but it really looks clean!The staff are very welcoming and polite including the lovely staff at the dining hall. Very highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Rove Dubai Marina. At first, we weren’t completely satisfied with our room, but the staff handled it very professionally. They really listened to us, thought along with us, and provided excellent service to make sure we were happy. For a 3-star hotel, the facilities are truly impressive. The hotel offers so much, including a gym, swimming pool, minimarket, restaurant, and many other convenient amenities that make the stay very comfortable. We would also like to give a special mention to lifeguard Johns. He is friendly and attentive. He takes his job seriously and makes sure guests feel welcome and safe. The hotel itself has a great location in Dubai Marina and is also very clean and well maintained. We had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

All must be like Zulfi and Marie, they’re so accommodating, friendly and smiles everytime they talked. We went to other Rove hotel but staff here in The Daily are more welcoming and very light. Food are amazing and so is the ambience. Rooms are good except for the view, I expected more city lights but we’re assigned facing road.
