Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Floor Center Trading LLC. I trusted them with my flooring, but the job was completely rushed and done with zero attention to detail. The quality of the installation is terrible — they didn’t prepare the subfloor properly, and now the floor looks uneven, with visible gaps in several places. Honestly, it feels like they just ruined the materials and my home. I tried reaching out to have them fix it, but their customer support is non-existent. Please double-check everything and think twice before hiring these guys if you actually care about your house

We recently had our home floors upgraded with Floorworld and our experience was nothing short of spectacular! From the onset, Shabu (Sales) understood our requirement and was helpful in guiding and advising us to choose the right solution for us. Once the service was booked, it’s was an absolute delight to be assisted by Kavita in scheduling the installation. She was extremely patient and accommodating while we had multiple changes. Worst experience with them.. i did full payment to them in second. 4 people came to do the laminating floor. I didn’t expect their result will be like this.. drop a complain, their person in charge said ohh it’s normal when you do the skirting of course the wall gonna have 20-30% broken. But we don’t fix that because we just do the floor. I said what are you talking about? Imagine you bought a property and these kind of people just think their job is done, so everything is just done like that without even require you to leave signature? This is so irresponsible! I told them they need to fix everything!! They said what they can do is just put silicone on it, i don’t think that is the right way to do… dear Viewer, I’m sure if you see this you will definitely complain!!

It took a long time for our snagging work to be done – it was a very small job, so had to wait for a big job nearby – but Work Team 14, Jitendar in particular, did a stellar job, going above and beyond to make us happy. Top marks.

came across them through a Facebook advertisement and decided to take a chance dealing with them. Honestly, the results were amazing. Their timing is very punctual, the staff are extremely polite and well-mannered, the workers are skilled, and their prices are very reasonable compared to the excellent level of service. I will definitely work with them again for the rest of the house.

Most unprofessional business ever ! First, They took measurements and gave an approximate price (subject to choosing the fabric which will impact price by 100s only),, then when i asked them for a formal quotation to pay the down payment and start the work ,, they increased the price by 10,000 (from 7,000 originally to over 17,000)!!! And what’s worst than that, they made me do some changes on the gypsum work in my room,, which ended up being a wrong request and costed me money as well, and made the curtain unfunctional as it will only open to 50% of the area (due to this wrong gypsum work they asked for) … my sincere advice, don’t deal with them and don’t believe their 70% offer (as it will disappear when it’s time for the real deal and payment)… not to mention every piece i chose was out of stock !! Very limited collection

This is a hidden gem. We hosted our son’s birthday party here. The activities included in the package were very engaging for kids. Food was good and at great value. The team were patient, helpful and creative in doing everything well, like face painting, bouquet making, plantation, etc. Most of all, the kids had lots of fun. We High recommend this venue if you want to host an uncommon yet pleasant birthday party.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here. It was such a beautiful experience for all the kids. They learned about planting, also enjoyed face painting and bouquet making. We really loved the concept, as it was different from yhe usual b’day parties. The place is also so beautiful, you feel relaxed and peaceful. All the arrangements were done nicely. All the staff members were polite and helpful. The food arrangements were great. Food was delicious. Only one thing i felt the size of the burger(mini burger) in the kids meal was bit small, may be as we kept the party almost at dinner time felt so, otherwise food was yumm!! Very delightful venue for birthday parties for kids of all ages. They are very accommodating and customise the activities depending on the age group of the kids. Amazing staff who are very helpful and attentive to every detail. They have a small play area for toddlers as well. The parents can enjoy the refreshing coffee and delectable snacks from Mug N Cream cafe within the venue.

I was looking to have a bday party for my son and wanted to do something different which is affordable. While hunting for places I came across AWG and I loved the look & feel it had. Plus the interesting packages & activities they have are really good. So when I got in touch with Nippy, he was helpful right from 1st call. And the great team he has, made sure everything was up to the mark. Special mention for Ali & Neena, they were fun to be with and helped me organize it all. We celebrated our daughter’s fourth birthday at Agricultural world gardens last month . It was truly unique experience. The whole ambience is extremely pleasing and delightful amidst the plants . The kid’s activities are so well thought and executed at par. The entire staff is absolutely accomodating to our all needs from decoration, to managing kids , live music and space management. Special mention of Mr.Nippy who coordinated the event so well and with so much delight and pleasure !! The food quality of cafe is amazing. We had all vegetarian menu and was thoroughly a tasteful experience !! Very disappointing service. My bed delivery was scheduled for 3rd March but arrived on 6th March with broken and missing parts. The movers installed only half the bed and promised to return the next day, but no one came. I called several times and sent emails with photos, but there was no solution or update. The call center also had no information. Because of this, I haven’t been able to use my room for days, and till now I have no clue when they will contact me or deliver the remaining parts. Very poor service.

I’ve had a terrible experience with my order online The item was delivered with missing parts, and was left in my house open for a week. I contacted your customer service several times and was repeatedly promised a resolution, however the issue was not fixed each time I called it was like the first time I’m complaining and they promised from that day it will take 4 business days till I reached more than a week This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience, delays, and frustration. I will never order online from here again , this order literally made me suffer and mess up my plans

I bought a dining table from Homebox which was supposed to be six seaters dining table and when they delivered it yo my house with the chairs the table size was smaller than the chairs and the chairs couldn’t fit in the table and since then on 26/1/2026 I raised a complaint to replace the table with a bigger one but no one from the team is caring about the complaint and no one contacted me from their team When I followed up twice with the call center they are mentioning that the complaint was closed and rejected by the team without calling me or informing me about it I am vertigo disappointed how they are treating the customer and I want to replace the dining table I attached photos to proof how the chairs can barely fit in the table and the other two chairs didn’t fit in the table they are remaining outside the table

The most horrible online store service I ever experienced. Changed the day of delivery few times without informing me. On delivery, didn’t deliver all times and I found out during installation. One matress was too big and they refused to take it upon delivery, took the cash and run away. When I checked with online team, they told me I should have cancelled in advance and now I can’t. Honestly, a horrible experience and execution on all the steps. I requested a manager’s call back few times, was totally ignored of course as well.

Very impressed with Mr Mohammed Tabrez and his assistant Mohammad Ibrahim. They fixed my Miele washing machine. Before they put the panel back they turned the machine on, checked for leaks, gave good advice about plumbing and cleaning, and even asked if we had other Miele appliances that we wanted them to take a look at. Great service, great attention to detail. Their service is as high quality as the brand is.

I’ve been attending the Miele cooking workshops since I got my appliances and I honestly look forward to every single one. Francesca is amazing she explains everything so clearly for people who are still learning how to use their appliances, and she makes it really easy to follow. What I love most is that it’s not just a demo. You actually cook the recipe during the class using the various appliances and then get to eat it, which makes the whole experience really enjoyable and practical at the same time. Francesca is very talented, super friendly, and always patient with every question. She makes you feel comfortable no matter your level. These classes are open even if you’re not a Miele client, which is great. And honestly, after attending them, it really makes you appreciate the appliances even more. My Miele oven has completely changed the way I cook and especially bake. It’s made such a difference for me as someone who bakes often. Overall, I’ve had a really great experience with Miele from the purchase, to the workshops, to the after-sales service. Everything has been smooth and professional whenever I needed help.

Outstanding experience and great quality from the moment we first step in to their showroom this the hand over when they came over for final revision, brought us flowers and a flooring special mop by Kahrs.
