My experience with the C3 app has been extremely disappointing. The app is full of unnecessary charges, and the pricing structure is neither transparent nor reasonable. Users end up paying far more than expected for services that are quite basic. What makes it worse is that the quality of service does not justify these costs at all. The app creates expectations of a professional and reliable service, but the actual experience falls far short. Customer support is slow and often unable to provide satisfactory answers regarding the charges. It feels like every interaction comes with another fee, while the service itself remains average at best. I have used many similar apps, and C3 offers one of the poorest value-for-money experiences I have encountered. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the platform appears more focused on collecting additional fees wherever possible. The lack of transparency regarding costs is frustrating and leaves users feeling misled. Unless significant improvements are made to pricing transparency, customer support, and overall service quality, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this app. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

We are not happy with the new transfer fee. Previously, transfers were free regardless of the amount, but now a fee of 6 AED is charged for transfers below 735 AED. If possible, please remove this fee. It would make the service much more convenient and beneficial for your customers. Thank you.

My account was hacked from 3rd May and I called customer service to block the account but until now I haven’t received a new card yet every time I try to call regarding my new c3 pay card they keep on telling me to wait for more 6 days after I complete the six days they add more days I have to pay my expenses but I can’t access my account to withdraw or make any transactions. Why someone has to wait for like a full month or more than that for the new card, please try to help me as soon as possible before I mentally become sick I will be grateful for a good response

Up to this point, everything seemed fine. However, after the payment, Victor shared four job descriptions, none of which matched my experience or preferences. Following this, he completely disappeared. Despite multiple follow-ups with the team, the responses I received were either that they were busy or that there were no suitable roles matching my profile. After escalating the issue, I was connected with Vahid, who assured me he would look into the matter. Unfortunately, I never received any further updates or assistance from them. I urge others to be cautious, especially when seeking opportunities far from their home country. Candidates like me place a great deal of trust in recruitment agencies, and experiences like this only lead to mistrust. This felt more like being cheated than being supported.

Senior Market Analyst role I was contacted by one of tasc outsourcing employee for the role of market analyst for one of their clients. I had a call with Ms. Arya from Tasc and it was a formal call regarding my profile. I asked for the JD and it did seem like a perfect match. I was then asked for my visa details and other details, which was duly done on the same day. Post this, I hadn’t revieved any update from Arya and on repeated messages and stinker email that I will post a bad review, i got a reply in a minute saying my profile was rejected because it doesnt suit the role. While I know I shouldnt expect a job without an interview, i too expect not getting rejected without an interview that too after being contacted and not the other way around. Candidates and employees please be vary of such characters like Arya and the company in whole. Its the high amount of ghosting and lack of communication that is making me write this review
