Our visit to SoBe was thoroughly enjoyable. The ambiance is fantastic, and the panoramic view over the Palm and JBR is truly impressive. Both the seating area and the interior are beautifully designed and create a welcoming atmosphere. The DJ played great music, and the show was entertaining. The appetizers were nicely presented and tasted delicious.
This place runs a misleading «minimum spend per person» coupon system, and the overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. We came in and by chance there was a Latino night and were told the coupons would cover drinks as per their policy. Once inside, the staff seated us and encouraged us to order without mentioning any restrictions or conditions. Only at the payment stage did they suddenly claim we should have informed them in advance that we were using coupons, and refused to honor them. I mean how can we be inside if we haven’t paid at the front door? Really? That’s not how a transparent policy works. If there are conditions, they should be clearly explained upfront, not conveniently introduced after the bill arrives. It felt intentionally misleading. On top of that, the atmosphere was underwhelming and poorly managed, and the staff came across as disorganized and unhelpful rather than accommodating. The entire experience felt chaotic and unprofessional. Between the unclear policies, poor communication, and bad environment, this is not a place I would return to or recommend.

One of the best open air venue lounge with amazing ambience and fantastic service from staff. You will enjoy the most the live music band and the DJ was out of box super excellent. The whole crowd enjoyed the most with mouthwatering dinner options and drinks all you want. They serve sheesha too. A must place to enjoy evening with loads of entertainment. Waiter’s and waitresses are excellent and very friendly with best service. I am sure you will enjoy and keep visiting again and again. Recommend to do advance reservations to avoid waiting for a table to get free.
