Honestly, one of the best government transaction service centers I’ve dealt with. The staff are very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They explain everything clearly and make the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was fast and well-organized, and I didn’t experience any delays at all. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the way they treat customers with respect and care. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get their transactions done بسهولة وراحة بال. We know all Amer center they are respectful, but I don't I came here one good guy in reception, he say me go number 8 , even I didn't say any word but the guy in number 8 he is start speaking hard and disrespectful, I don't know , I just say why you speak to me like that , he say ( it is me) haha , it is okey is you we didn't have any word between us , some people like that they even show all other employees also maybe place like him too , I hope them get me well but Amer center deserve more and better employee not like counter number 8. I visited them multiple times regarding my mother's overstayed visa and outpass application, and every time the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all my concerns, clear my doubts, and guide me through the entire process correctly. Before coming here, I had visited 3–4 other Amer Centers in the Al Nahda and Al Qusais areas, where I received incorrect information and was often misled, especially by the reception staff.
