The worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. My shipment was sent more than 3 and a half months ago, and we were promised delivery within 45 days. Until today, nothing has been delivered. Every time we contact them, they give the same excuse — ‘it’s in clearance and will be delivered within a week.’ We have been hearing the same empty promise for months, and now we are entering the fourth month with no shipment and no real update. This company has zero credibility and no respect for customers’ time or trust. I strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with them.

No Zeroes..Pathetic service from start to finish. My cargo was lost, and the company showed no urgency in resolving the issue. Customer support was unresponsive, and I had to repeatedly chase them for updates. A complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. I strongly advise others to avoid this company if they value their shipments... All 5 stars are bought.

ABC provided exceptional packaging support during my relocation , and which was done within a matter of hours as they promised. Special thanks to Mr Shamseer, Jafar, Buddha, Ganesh, Basil and Soul. Great work, and thank you so much for making a difficult task look easy enough. Hoping to see delivery of the shipment with the same professionalism and commitment.

Dear All, Never make the mistake of dealing with ABC Cargo. My lifelong belongings and cherished memories were completely damaged due to their careless handling. Even after submitting all the necessary supporting documents within 24 hours of delivery, I have not received any proper response from the company. Their only reply is that "fragile items are not under their responsibility." If so, what do they expect normal customers to send through cargo? Everyday essentials such as TV, fridge, washing machine, kitchen utensils – all are considered fragile. Then what exactly is their responsibility? Despite charging much higher than other cargo companies, ABC Cargo fails to provide even basic safety for the goods entrusted to them. Unlike other companies that use jumbo or mini-jumbo wooden pallets to protect items, ABC Cargo refuses to transport goods with proper wooden boxing. At the end of the day, we, the poor customers, are left paying high charges only to lose our precious belongings and memories forever. 👉 Therefore, I sincerely request everyone – never trust ABC Cargo for transporting your valuable belongings

Unacceptable delays and zero communication – Do not trust their timelines I sent an air cargo shipment with ABC Cargo on 19 June 2026. The company explicitly promised a delivery window of 6 to 7 days, with a maximum of 10 days. As of today, my cargo has still not arrived, and the promised timeline has completely passed. What makes this experience worse is the absolute lack of customer service. They have failed to provide any updated schedule, delivery date, or time. Leaving a customer completely in the dark without any tracking information or accountability is highly unprofessional. If you need reliable shipping and honest communication, look elsewhere. I am still waiting for a proper response and the immediate delivery of my goods.

I recently traveled to UAE and bought 135 kilos of stuff to take back with me to Australia. Someone suggested ABC cargo but I made few few calls before I realised the price given by ABC was the most competitive price around. What i loved about their services was that they were so patient answering all the questions I had. When i left Dubai it was a week into the issues with Iran and I thought I wont receive my stuff for months but I was so surprised after coming back I received a message to say my stuff are in Australia and will be delivered in 4 days time. I received all my stuff and nothing was damaged and I didn’t have to pay anything to customs. I highly recommend ABC courier and I will use them again when I go back Thank you guys

UPDATE: NO ONE STILL CONTACTING US. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!! NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!! and I will repost this again and again!!! A cargo weighing 210kg from Dubai and receiving it with 20kg WORTH of MISSING items!! A BOX IS ALMOST EMPTY! Mind you EVERY box is 23kg when they left dubai! All with pictures and proof that also has been communicated with prior emails. The missing items include (but are not limited). The Japan Items posted here only the yellow sticks remined, the REST, GONE! -Multiple eyeglasses both casual and graded (more than 3 pcs) - Multiple tumblers that are from collection (more than 5pcs) -Work essentials parafernial - pens, lights, personal travel size things - Multiple clothes -Cosmetic supplies (conditioner, shampoo, hair masks, face masks, sunscreens, hair wax, lipsticks) - Multiple Japanese products (lipsticks, rice masks, sunscreens, conditioners, shampoos) -Souvenir items collected from our travels -1x brand new BOSE wireless earbuds (AED 999) -1x Y3 duffle bag (AED 500) -1x Pandora box containing non-gold jewelries (approx. AED 700) I immediately raised a complaint, but for almost 10 days now there has been no reply at all. They completely ignored my concern and showed zero responsibility. Dont tell me that you cant see my name on the complains because I have sent A LOT of emails but NO ONE REPLIED. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking. If you value your money, time, and belongings. NEVER use ABC Cargo. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and careless with customers’ property.
