A good living place for family which is in Sharjah and is border to Dubai.. and its very near to the express highway SHEIKH MUHAMMAD BIN ZAYED ROAD. The only problem we are facing here is extreme dust everywhere.

Developing area. But not enough street lights and roads are dusty due to high amount of sand. Other parts of sharjah are much better for living except easy access to school and Dubai.

Its nice area to live with families, Shj governments working on the roads and making streets as there was a lot of off roads were found previously. Schools are very near with both Slbs. Hospitals as well but with no emergency as they are working till 11pm only. All kinds restaurants chines Pakistani indian and Arabic hotels arr there. Only the thing which are missing that is family Park.

It's a poor place and randomly designed for non-locals who are seeking cheap accommodation ... But the good thing about Muwailah that it's location is perfectly centered so you can get to Dubai airports in 10 to 20 minutes and Sharjah airport in 10 minutes also Muwailah is one bridge away from Dubai so once you cross National Paints bridge on Sh. Mohamed bin Zayed road means you are in Dubai and in only 5 minutes you will be able to reach Sharjah university ... In Muwailah you will not miss the joy of shopping in big centers because there are Nesto Hypermarket, Ramez Hypermarket, which located on the other side of Sh. Mohamed bin Zayed road, and soon al-Zahiya construction works will finish where Carrefour will be opened for families the good news that schools area is in the heart of Muwailah big schools with big names and good reputation .... Most important thing that Muwailah has good access to the main roads like Sh. Mohamed bin Zayed road, Emirates road and Meliha road .

There are lot of schools in this area. If your kids school is in this area it is good to move here, as it will save their travelling time. But I found the area quite deserted. Few shopping malls and no parks for kids. The rents are low but concern for the safety arises. As many bachelors are living in this area I didn't find it suitable for families as for me it's hard to trust strangers. As my husband's work requires lot of travelling over seas and I have to be alone with my kids for days this place is not reliable. Do your own research and survey and then decide.🤞
