We live in the UK and made an off-plan purchase of a 2-bedroom apartment in Dubai in 2018. As we were not «on the ground» we needed to find a team who would be able to help us to furnish our apartment and Zen were recommended to us by the agent through which we had purchased our property. After an initial meeting with Mariana we agreed to go ahead. Completion was delayed several times but they worked with us to choose the best time to start the process. Initially they spent time with us to understand our requirements and tastes and then produced a mood board reflecting these. They were very flexible with any changes that we wished to make along the way. Mariana and Ashley were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process hassle free. Highly recommended.

As someone unfamiliar with using interior design, I chose Zen based on their residential homes expertise/focus + efficiency of having their own furniture already in stock. From: TAZAK INFINTE SUPPLIES we are facing worst experience with SLATE INTERIORS regards pending payment about a year ( 15000 AED ) PO No : 4723_ALK_06 , 6223_QC_06 , 4723_ALK_08. We worked for Expo project for a light box, stickers and cut out letters installation. After submitting completion certificate ,no reply from there management Poor response from accounts, improper subcontractor account back up, site operations teams all out of reach . Stay away from this company to protect your money otherwise will be looser . Such a worst fit out companies I ever experienced. Even don’t want to give 1 star but unoptional ..!!!!!!

These guys are the biggest scammers , they charged us so much for a renovation and took 3 months instead of one they didn’t complete the job , they use low quality cheap stuff from dragon mart , their workers don’t know how to work , the light they installed fell on our cleaning ladies head , they didn’t bring the handles for the kitchen cabinets , they installed fake granite and instead of one piece, our stools was missing when they were working here , they put paint on all our furniture damaged everything , we live in princess tower , 2 pieces attached together , lll attach pictures , and now we’ve been trying to contact them and they don’t answer us I’m on a mission to make sure he doesn’t do this to anybody else , these people are very unprofessional he just finds people on the street to work for him , we have to pay someone else to come fix his mess , and his good reviews are for sure done by his friends , these guys can’t do anything right and he msged me saying his brother is a software engineer and he’s gonna make the reviews disappear so they probably made up all their positive reviews , I opened a case against them .
