Loved working with the Ele team! I had an outstanding experience working with this interior design company. From start to finish, they were professional, creative, and incredibly attentive to detail. They took the time to understand my style and needs, and transformed my space into something even better than I imagined. Every step of the process was handled with care, from concept design to furniture selection and installation. Communication was always clear and timely, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every decision. The quality of their work is exceptional, and their taste is truly refined. I never wrote a review, but my experience with ELE interior was deeply disappointing and warrants warning others. From the beginning, the level of professionalism was severely lacking. I had to constantly follow up with them just to ensure they were doing what they were supposed to. There was no proactive communication, no accountability, and no sense of urgency. It felt like I was doing their job just to get things moving. I could have built a house in the time they finished to finalize 3 rooms only. Becareful from the general manager, she will come and sell you an amazing story and then when you sign the contract, she will create a WhatsApp group and have zero involvement or support and you’ll never hear of her again. Please avoid there are many better company’s around.
