I had a great experience overall. During my trip I drove both a Porsche Panamera and an AMG, and everything went smoothly from start to finish, we even got a lift from Mohammed Saidi. Communication was clear, the cars were delivered and returned without any hassle, and the whole process was easy and professional. Any questions I had were handled properly, and there were no issues at return. Overall a very solid experience and I would definitely consider renting again.

Amazing experience with Rotana Cars in Dubai. I’m 18 years old and they genuinely made me feel welcomed and taken care of from the first day. I initially rented a Mazda CX-5, but it started making some weird sounds. I went back and they were super professional — no arguments, no stress — they immediately told me I could swap the car. Because I trusted them (and they trusted me), I upgraded to an Audi A6 and only paid a little extra. The car was perfect and I honestly loved it. After that I went back again and rented a 2025 BMW 735i, and later even a 2023 BMW 850i. Every time I came in, the team greeted me properly, made the process smooth, and treated me with respect. If you want a rental company that’s honest, flexible, and makes you feel comfortable, I definitely recommend Rotana Cars. I’ll be renting from them again.

We rented three super cars and the service was outstanding. They allowed us to switch vehicles free of charge with zero hassle. Special shoutout to Rami, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout.

The vehicle was ordered conveniently via WhatsApp and delivered directly to our hotel free of charge, which was a great service. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering that pickup and delivery were included in the rental. Originally, we had booked a red Huracán, but a white one was delivered instead. That wasn’t a big issue, as it’s the same model, just in a different color. However, the car we received was unfortunately not in the best condition. The check engine light was on, and during the drive, both transmission and airbag warnings appeared. The vehicle also had scratches and minor damage all around — understandable for a rental car with over 150,000 km, but still worth noting. Despite these issues, the car was an absolute thrill to drive and provided an amazing experience overall. That said, the vehicle could definitely be better maintained and in a sounder technical condition. It’s not a great feeling driving with warning lights constantly on, especially for the airbag and transmission. It also seemed like the car may have had some accident history, given the recurring airbag warning. In summary, great service and an unforgettable experience, but the car’s condition left room for improvement.

I visited this rental company to look at their cars, but the overall experience was disappointing. There was no staff member guiding or welcoming customers, and the level of hospitality was extremely poor. We had to approach staff ourselves just to ask basic questions. When we asked if we could look at the cars, they said yes—but told us not to open the doors. This completely defeats the purpose of viewing rental vehicles. Customers need to be able to see the interior, check the condition, and experience the car before making a decision. Simply looking at the exterior provides very little value. The environment felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. For a business that relies on customer trust and high-value assets, basic customer service and proper guidance should be a priority. I hope they improve their customer experience, staff engagement, and hospitality standards in the future.
