This is my honest review of the product and service provided by the shop. To be honest, the Android device installed in my car is completely unworthy. First of all, the audio quality became worse after installation. The FM radio hardly works in some areas, and the reverse camera sometimes takes almost half an hour to display properly, especially during summer. Coming to the service part, they charged around 400 AED for installation and 600AED for the device, but the workmanship was very poor. They didn’t even use proper Velcro straps or cable ties. Instead, they used adhesive tapes inside the trunk, and because of the heat, everything came loose and is now hanging inside the trunk. Overall, I do not recommend this product or installation service. In my opinion, the original/default music system is far better than this setup.

Got my honda civic 2017 upgraded with 9" android screen. 3 options and I choosed the best 1 as I got an attractive discount. With free reverse camera. Thanks to James for the good service and good price discount.

Very bad experience and I do not recommend this workshop. I got chrome paint done on my car and the job failed three times with the exact same problem. I returned the car several times, but the quality was always poor and the issue kept coming back. When I asked them to fix it properly, they refused and said the warranty expired, even though the defect was repeated and clearly caused by bad workmanship. Unprofessional service and very poor quality. Definitely not recommended.

Visited Car Plaza for general accessories and maintenance. The service was quick and excellent, which I truly appreciate. However, the salesman, Ritul, was not very customer-oriented.I rated 2/5 only of his approach. There is room for improvement in supervision and overall guidance to enhance the customer experience..

Had a fantastic experience at Car Plaza.. The team helped me select the perfect Android display for my car, and their expertise really showed. They also went the extra mile and fixed my headlights while I was there. A huge thanks to Vikky, Aniket, and Manik these guys are experts and were exceptionally helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend them for any car upgrades or repairs!

Did window tinting at Car Plaza Auto Accessories and I’m very satisfied. Azize and the team explained the tint options clearly and the work was flawless—no bubbles and clean edges. Great heat and UV protection.

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this was the most exhausting service experience I’ve ever had. I went to this shop for a tint installation, and from the very first day the tint had obvious issues — bad fixation, bubbles, and poor finishing. When I returned to them, they told me to wait one full month for the tint to "settle," which made no sense, but I still waited and came back exactly as they asked. After a month, nothing improved. All the defects were still there. Instead of admitting the problem, they insisted it was "normal," refused to replace it, then tried to offer replacing only two doors out of four, and only after a long discussion did they agree to change the whole tint. I posted a negative review explaining everything. They immediately contacted me, asked me to delete it, and promised strongly that this time it would be fixed properly and "it will be the last time." I trusted their word, deleted my review, and went again, spending more than two hours there. And yet… the result was still bad. The same issues, the same bubbles, the same poor fixation. At this point it’s clear the problem is not the material — the problem is that their team simply doesn’t have the experience or skill to install tint properly. Their main concern seems to be maintaining high Google ratings, not delivering quality work. So don’t be misled by the positive reviews. My whole experience — from the first installation to the second attempt after deleting my review — was extremely disappointing. I gave them more chances than any customer should, and the quality was still far below acceptable.
