WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Enquired about headset repairs around 24th Nov and replied to the email they sent. 4/5 days later I tried calling them up the lady tells me she forgot to reply. After that I was told 10 days the headsets shall be ready even with ordering the extra required parts. I followed up 2 weeks ago asking if the parts had been received I was told yes and shall be ready in 2 days. I called them up 3 days later and was informed that they were still waiting for the parts and the lady made me count the number of business working days. On Monday I was told for the third time that the parts had arrived and I asked them to send me an email for the same. And was also informed it would be ready in maximum 3 business working days. Today is Friday and i’m being told now I shall expect the headsets on Monday. Worst possible customer service!

This is the second time I've turned to them for help with my aviation headset, and both experiences have been outstanding. On this occasion, my headset required extensive maintenance. I expected to be without it for at least two weeks, if not longer. However, they not only fixed the problem perfectly, but they did it in record time—I received my headset back in just four days! Saying "faster than expected" is an understatement. Beyond their speed, the customer service is truly exceptional. From the initial contact to the follow-up after the repair, everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in their work.
