Plaza Premium Lounge (International Departures, Terminal 3)

I had a great experience with Sheryl. 😊 She was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. I love the vibes here. There are small cabin spaces that give you privacy while you relax, making the whole experience feel comfortable and peaceful. The lounge is clean, cozy, and a great place to unwind before a flight. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

The lounge is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and wasn’t busy at lunchtime. There’s a good selection of hot food and salads, along with mezes selection, a small bread corner and selection of some sweet cakes. However, bottled water, cans, or branded soft drinks are not available via bottled — only machine-dispensed sodas like Coke and other fizzy drinks. Premium alcoholic beverages come at an extra cost. Overall, the experience was pleasant. However, it seems that many of these globally branded lounges are run by the same operators who prioritize profit over quality. With more travelers using lounges nowadays, the focus has clearly shifted from quality to quantity. I don’t think in the future travelers will continue renewing their membership because of the poor quality and availability of food and drinks.

This lounge is much better than the other options allowed on the Priority Pass/AMEX options. Plenty of seating available, with some seating set aside as private and quiet booths. It is also family friendly with private family rooms (which comes at extra cost), nursing rooms and shower rooms for a quick refresh before your flight. Prayer rooms available for both men and women and plenty of basic food options available for all dietary types, albeit not the best food but it’s good enough to chow down on to kill your appetite.

The Plaza Premium is an outstanding place with exceptional customer service. The staff are professional, welcoming, and friendly. A special thanks to Abdul, the bartender, for his excellent service and hospitality. I will definitely come back to this beautiful place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

After a grueling 14-hour flight, the shower access here was an absolute lifesaver! The facilities were clean and provided the perfect "reset" I needed after being in the air for so long. Beyond the great showers, I was really impressed by the food selection. They have a much better variety and quality of options compared to other lounges I’ve visited—it was exactly what I needed to fuel up. What truly made my visit special was the hospitality. Ma’am Mariz and Ma’am Sharon were incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to freshen up and grab a high-quality meal between travels, this is the spot!

I had an excellent experience at Plaza Premium Lounge Terminal 3, Dubai Airport. Honestly, one of the main reasons I now prefer visiting this lounge is because of Jeffers. His customer handling skills are truly exceptional. What makes Jeffers stand out is his unique ability to understand and interact with customers according to their vibe and personality. He knows exactly how to make guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued. His professionalism, positive attitude, and calm approach create a very relaxing atmosphere in the lounge. The service provided by him was beyond expectations, and it made my airport experience much more enjoyable. Plaza Premium is lucky to have a staff member like Jeffers representing their hospitality standards. Highly recommended lounge, especially because of the amazing customer service experience!
