The helicopter tour was simply fantastic – an experience you'll never forget! From the moment you arrive, you felt like you were in good hands: the crew was incredibly friendly, well-organized, and created a relaxed atmosphere. Before the flight, coffee and water were available for refreshment, which made the start of the adventure even more enjoyable. The tour itself was breathtaking – the bird's-eye view is truly something special. Every moment in the air was a highlight. It was also particularly nice that you could purchase videos and photos of the flight – a great way to reminisce about this unique experience and share it with family and friends. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience that I highly recommend to everyone!

RIP OFF AND MANY HIDDEN CHARGES I booked a cruise trip on their "Seven Star Cruise". Food quality: Paid AED 65 but the food quality doesn’t even worth AED 20, it was just some basic rice, vege and a pathetic amount of grilled chicken, literally food for prisoners. Hidden charges: The waiter would offer your drinks and ice cream without telling you they were chargeable items. I was asked to pay a whopping 100 AED for 2 cups of cocktail and 2 cups of ice cream. And when you refuse to pay, they would offer you ‘discounts’ from 100 to 80 and subsequently to 50. It means there was no fixed price it was meant to be a rip off from the beginning. Bad service: i bought a piece of photo for 35 AED. I was promised to get a soft copy but they never send me afterwards and even ignored my text despite several follow-ups Conclusion: dont waste your money here.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff were exceptionally friendly from the time of booking through to the end of the tour including sorting our photographs. The flight itself was amazing, we (party of two) went on a 4 seater helicopter which meant it wasn't crowded and everyone had amazing views. The route (17 minutes) was also great featuring the main Dubai attractions - highly recommended.

Amazing experience with the Desert Safari! The bike riding and camp activities were truly enjoyable. The service was excellent, and a special thanks to Mr. Rayid Khan for guiding us and making the dune bashing adventure so thrilling with his expertise.
