We booked with feel pink today for manicures and pedicures, they came on time and were very sweet with amazing personalities. Their work was very good and they worked fast as well, everything was clean and well done, and listened to what I was asking, amazing job overall, I really recommend booking!

Feel Pink was very convenient. I was able to get nail extensions at home without having to be surrounded by fumes in a salon whilst pregnant. The nail technician did a great job, was careful with my nails and always checking that everything was ok. I bite my nails and have delicate, thin nails but the technician was careful and gentle with them. This was appreciated as I have been to some salons that can be a bit rough and painful. I loved the choice of colours and am happy with the results. Thank you 😊

I’ve been going to NBar Nail Spa & Salon since 2017, and it’s always my go-to place for manicures and pedicures. I especially enjoy their treatments for dry hands and feet, which really help since I wash my hands frequently. My favorite treatments are the Footlogix treatment, paraffin treatment, and the signature treatment—they always leave my hands and feet feeling soft and well cared for. I had both a no-polish manicure and a pedicure during this visit. Unfortunately, the quality of both services was disappointing. For the manicure, I clearly asked for the cuticle to be properly removed from the nail plate, but the manicure was not completed correctly and pterygium was left on the nails. This became noticeable once the oil and cream wore off. The pedicure was done by a different therapist, however the result was also below expectations: uneven cuticle work, rough edges and an overall unfinished look. I believe a client should be able to relax during these treatments, not monitor or correct the work. Especially considering that holiday discounts were cancelled, the overall quality did not match the price.

🩷 CLARISSA 🩷 is the best nail tech I’ve ever been to, and I have been getting my nails done for the last 10 years. I will let the photos speak for themselves I never have damage on my natural nails, they are better than ever after being destroyed by previous techs at other salons, her manicures are always the cleanest, BIAB work is perfect!!! Every time I come, I know my nails are in good hands N. Bar city walk is also a really welcoming, relaxing salon with a lot of very friendly and kind staff. I would not hesitate to recommend that you come here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely horrible experience — avoid this place. If I could give a zero I will. This is hands down the worst nail service I’ve ever received. Three of my nails broke in less than two weeks, and several others started lifting almost immediately. The nails are uneven, badly shaped, poorly filed, and look extremely unprofessional. There was no cleaning under the nails at all, which is basic hygiene. The appointment took forever, I literally sit there for almost 3 hours, yet the result is awful. To make it even worse, I was charged more than the prices listed on their website, and I was never told the final price beforehand. Terrible service, zero professionalism, and a complete waste of money. I do NOT recommend this salon to anyone.

very poor quality gel polish. just after a few days, gel polish broke off as seen in the pictures. the gel polish on other fingers are also lifting from the nail bed and looks like it will break off any time. the shop also charged extra for removal and half tip extension which was overpriced but the staff claimed was «good quality». do not come here. their store is empty with jo business. i should have seen the warning signs and left without the service.

I visited NStyle Nail Lounge and had my manicure done by Saline. It was one of the most satisfying manicures I’ve ever experienced. The attention to detail, precision, and overall care were exceptional. Thank you for such a great service — I’ll definitely be back

I visited yesterday for a hard gel manicure. Initially, I was quoted 750 AED, which I found extremely expensive. After expressing my concern, the price was suddenly reduced to 350 AED. This made the pricing feel inconsistent and unclear. The service took over two hours, which I didn’t mind as long as the quality was good. However, less than 24 hours later, all of the gel has completely fallen off. I am very disappointed with both the quality and the pricing transparency. For a hard gel service, this is unacceptable. I expected durability and professional results, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

If I could I was going to give them 0 stars. First of all my pedicure was shocking, never had more unpleasant experience. The most shocking thing was that they announce you the price with a calculator! Not following the prices on their website. They charged me 280 dhm for a classic pedicure with normal essence nail polish. They didn’t either wait for my nail polish to dry … Don’t loose your money!

I tried the Quick Glow package and I absolutely loved the experience. The therapists (Samira included) were all gentle, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommended for a quick self-care boost or pre-event glow!

i was sitting in the studio getting nail extensions done for about 3 hours only for almost all the nails to break off the next few days. The staff was really nice but the nails were done in a way i’ve never even seen before, which didn’t even need an LED lamp. They were air dried acrylics, which explains why they all broke off. The nails didn’t look smooth like original acrylic nails usually do. I must say the lady doing my nails was very patient and tried her best, even doing nail designs she has never done before. Before leaving the salon I could tell the nails weren’t good quality so as they told me the price of the nails I was really disappointed and shocked.

Many thanks to the girls for the gorgeous manicure and pedicure. The masters are very polite, they didn’t cut anything, everything is sterile and clean. Special thanks for the massage of the legs and hands, it’s very pleasant, I feel like a princess. The procedure was done very quickly!

Very poor experience at JOSÉPHINE NAILS Dubai. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. I was spoken to rudely on the phone and warned in a harsh tone that being even five minutes late would mean no service. Yet when I arrived exactly on time, the salon was empty I was the only customer — which made that attitude even more unreasonable. The service itself was careless and far below acceptable standards. The pedicure was done roughly and without proper attention to hygiene or detail, and communication with the staff was extremely difficult. What was most shocking was the reaction when I raised my concerns — the staff was doing the service was laughing, I told her I’m not sure why you are laughing, she kept laughing. No apology, no professionalism, just complete disregard for the customer. I paid 120 AED simply to remove my gel and chose to leave rather than continue with such poor service. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this salon to think twice. I strongly recommend that JOSÉPHINE NAILS Dubai invest in better staff training to ensure professionalism and a higher standard of hospitality.

I’ve visited several nail salons in Dubai, but this one stands out as the best by far! The balance between price and quality is truly exceptional. The team has a great attitude, their work is meticulous, and the salon itself is stunningly well-decorated. The atmosphere is perfectly tailored to give every woman that much-needed «me time.» A big shoutout to the owner—what an amazing woman! She has clearly poured her heart into creating such a wonderful space. Highly recommended!

I’ve been visiting Josephine Nails for almost 2 years now and I have to say, Josephine has become more than just a nail expert—she’s a dear friend. I booked a pedicure appointment at Josephine in early December as the place I normally go to was unavailable. The price at Josephine was more expensive than my usual place so I expected the service to be to the same standard, if not, better. My appointment was scheduled for 7pm and I arrived on time. However, from the moment I arrived I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience and that the two workers there at the time wanted to be done with my appointment as quickly as possible to end the day. During the pedicure I noticed that the technician had clipped my skin in several places because every time she would wipe the edges with acetone it would sting. As soon as I got home, I noticed that one of my toes was bleeding because the technician (I assume accidentally had cut my nail at a diagonal) causing my skin to break. The paint had also not been applied properly and was clearly rushed. Overall the quality of the pedicure and service provided was disappointing. I messaged the salon as soon as I got home asking for a refund but they only offered to «fix» the pedicure or provide me with a free one. I was not interested in this given how bad my first experience with them was.

I’ve trusted this salon with my hard gel manicures for more than a year now, and I can’t imagine to go anywhere else❤️The work is always perfect, long-lasting, and done with great care. The atmosphere at Josephine is really lovely, and the staff are genuinely friendly and always welcoming.

Some companies really don’t understand how to build relationships with clients and how far a gesture can go when it comes to brand loyalty. I’ve been a regular client / customer at N Bar for ten years. Recently, a package I had bought had expired as I was out of town and when I got back they refused to extend it for me, took away my free session (which is the whole purpose of purchasing those packages), and did not take the long term relationship into consideration. Giving me that session that I had paid for, wouldnt have cost the brand much especially in comparison to the amounts Ive spent at this place over the past ten years. Despite the efforts of the helpful team at the Grosvenor House branch, the management’s decision really showed a lack of understanding of basic client relationships and the importance of that in losing clients.

I did gel mani/pedi and the girls were very sweet. Although salon is small and it was little bit lacking in terms of costumer service. Mani was nice, but dont expect high end work, as I understood it’s just small salon. Results weren’t perfect.

Extremely unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else. I booked express nails, clearly advertised online as 30 minutes. Instead, I was stuck there for over 1.5 hours. No explanation, no apology. At the beginning, I was suddenly told a much higher price than advertised and was basically pressured to pay more. Even after discussing it, I still paid far too much for what I received. The quality is terrible. After only four days, the gel started peeling off on every single nail. After one week, four nails were already damaged. This is not normal, not professional, and definitely not acceptable. This nail studio is NOT recommendable. Complete waste of money and time. I regret coming here and will never return.

Nice place. Nice people. Nails turned out fine on mani/pedi. Im used to a real actual foot massage when you pay for a pedicure, not 1 minutes, rather 5 minutes at least included. High price for services that are lesser on the marina and for an actual foot massage.

For me it’s not about how you nails look when you walk out of the salon. It’s about the quality of work done and how it maintains polish as nail grows. It has been barely a week and my polish is peeling off – for the price I paid and the time I spent? Not happy
