I contacted Shams Al Falak for my family visa cancellation process, but the overall experience was very disappointing. I paid the full amount in advance and fully cooperated from my side. However, the visa was not cancelled through their application. Later, they informed us that the cancellation had to be done at Dubai Airport. This was extremely inconvenient because our flight was from Sharjah on the same day. At Dubai Airport, we had to pay the same cancellation fee again, even though we had already paid Shams Al Falak for this service. After completing the process, I contacted them to explain the situation and request a refund. Unfortunately, their response was not satisfactory, and I did not receive my money back. They repeatedly apologized, but an apology alone does not resolve the issue. This entire experience was stressful, poorly handled, and felt irresponsible. I am highly disappointed. To the SAF team: please treat your clients more professionally, provide clear instructions, and give accurate responses. That is all we expect.
