We hired Lanie for my 5 year old and newborn. We were sooooo happy with her she had become like family to us and still is. We always ask for Lanie, she is very professional and responsible. My kids love her. She kept our home very clean and tidy. She organized kids room and closet and handled laundry like a pro. We love you Lanie ♥️

Wonderful experience! Easy to book and pay. They provided us with the same caregiver for our week in Dubai. Darlyn was great with our 13 month old and 3 year old. She took our 3 year old on fun outings- he still talks about his train ride 🙂 Our 13 month old had a lot of silly fun with Darlyn- dancing and singing. She even brought balloons and bubbles. If you’re visiting Dubai and need child care I highly recommend. Reasonable prices for qualified care givers. Thank-you!

Maya supported us during our time in Dubai, caring for Atlas in a hotel setting with such patience and warmth. She took him on walks, spent lots of time playing, and made great use of the kids’ club so he stayed active and engaged. She managed everything confidently and kept in close communication with us throughout the day, which made us feel completely at ease. Atlas clearly enjoyed his time with her and formed a lovely bond. We are very grateful for her help and would happily recommend her.

Our friends recommend us to use Cloud Nine for their nanny service for our holiday in Dubai, from Moscow. We used their services for the whole holiday more then 3 weeks for our son 1,5 y.o. and my daughter and nephew were with us. Our nanny was Joan, she was professional, friendly, so kind with our son and other kids, learnt our routine very quickly. She helped with everything from helping with cooking kids food, feeding , bathing , taking kids club and putting him to sleep. We will definitely be using Cloud nine again on our holidays and have already recommended the company to our friends!

After careful thought, I’m reposting a review I was previously discouraged from sharing by the company’s CEO. I believe it’s important for potential customers to hear real experiences. I was never matched with a nanny, so I can’t comment on in-home care. However, two major issues stood out during the process: 1. I waited several months to interview a nanny. When the interview finally happened, the nanny barely spoke English and couldn’t answer basic questions about naps or feeding safety. This felt no different—and possibly worse—than a standard nanny you could find through any agency or referral, which is concerning given the premium prices charged. 2. I was told this nanny was not representative of their standards and was promised alternatives. Despite following up, I never heard back. It has now been over six months. I won’t be using their services, but I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions without pressure or influence from the business itself.

Many thanks to Cloudnine for changing my mind about calling a nanny in Dubai. Special mention to Joan, who took wonderful care of our babies (2 years and 9 months). She was amazing and the children loved her. She handled activities, baths, meals, naps – everything was perfect!

We were recommended Cloud 9 and had Joan for 6 nights. She was excellent, professional, great with my daughters and my daughter was genuinely sad when I said we were leaving as she wouldn’t be able to see her anymore! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
