I celebrated my children’s birthday on May 1st 2026 at Jump Boxx Indoor Park and honestly, the entire experience exceeded all expectations. The venue itself is fantastic, safe, and super fun indoor space with activities that cater to all ages, keeping every child happily engaged from start to finish. What truly made the day unforgettable, though, was the incredible team behind it. Their level of professionalism, care, and genuine enthusiasm is something you rarely come across. A very special thanks to Ms. Esther from Sales, who supported me from the initial booking all the way to the last minute. Her attention to detail and commitment made everything seamless and stress-free. Huge appreciation as well to Mr. KC (Duty Manager), Ms. Mylene, Ms. Irish, Ms. Honelyn, Mr. Victor from Housekeeping, and the ever-smiling and welcoming Ms. Yuonne at reception. You can genuinely feel that the team works like one family, all focused on creating the best experience possible. They didn’t just host a party; they created beautiful, lasting memories for my kids, their friends, and all our guests. Highly, highly recommended for anyone planning a birthday celebration,, you will not be disappointed!!

However, I believe the venue needs more staff in each play area, especially during weekends, busy times, and celebrations. I would also kindly suggest providing more training to staff on how to communicate respectfully and kindly with children. I personally witnessed an incident at the transparent balloon play area, where an employee shouted at my son to stop entering because he wanted to fix the area. The situation could have been handled in a much kinder and calmer way, especially when dealing with children. This incident occurred on 23/05/2026 at approximately 2:15 PM. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as the place is genuinely nice and has great potential for families and children.

Jump Boxx is honestly our favorite play area in Dubai. My kids absolutely love it, and we prefer it over all the other indoor play areas we’ve tried. The place is fun, well organized, and always a great experience for the children. A special thank you to Yvonne and KC at the front desk. I celebrated my sons 7th birthday there. Him and his friends had a blast the staff were amazing and supporting. I want to thank you Yvonne for the great customer service. And a big thank u to Joan the party entertainer who made the birthday a wonderful adventure for the kids.
