woo-hoo! UAE - Children's Museum in Dubai

I had my daughter’s birthday here last February and have forgotten how amazing the experience was, I just got reminded when we were at dubai festival city mall last weekend and I saw that they had a second branch out there, woo-hoo is an amazing place and definitely the people there are all accommodating! Especially the person who organized our birthday last time Mr.Michael! This guy provided an experience way beyond we were expecting! From the time we walked-in and until the very end everything was well organized and well executed, even my daughter knew him up to this day as she loved her woo-hoo! birthday so much! Highly recommend to look for Michael if you are all trying to book a birthday here in woo-hoo!

I had my daughter’s 4th birthday party at woo-hoo. It was excellent. Kids played in the different rooms then had a scavenger hunt. They had a character take over in the party room with interactive games and dancing then cake cutting. Very well executed and smooth. Exactly what we wanted. Thanks to Ghaffar and John they made it super special. Very attentive. Pls ask for them to MC tour party!

Great place for learning and exploring. Kids can be kept entertained for hours, while parents can enjoy the café. The staff are well trained and helpful.

Brought my daughters here last Sunday and they absolutely loved it! There are so many activities to choose from and enjoy. Each gallery has a unique theme that will boost your child’s curiosity and creativity. There is also a decent cafe for parents to chill and relax while the kids play. Staffs are accommodating and patient in handling kids. Special thanks to Genelene for helping us around especially when we were in the splash lab. My kids went hyped with all the activities and didn’t want to leave that room. Rochelle was very kind and explained the mechanics in the mining room. She also taught my kids how to differentiate rocks which was very educational. They also had fun at the cave exploration and at the tree house. There are rooms where kids can spend time doing crafts and take home to enjoy. Overall, the place is clean, safe and kid-friendly. Superb experience and will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

Worst money spent in Dubai. Even though the staff is kind, the place is a joke. For a very expensive ticket that doesn't allow you access to all galleries (some ate at extra cost) everything is broken, restricted, out of order, or damaged. No parking, no lockers, not a place to go! I remembered it much nicer from 3 years ago but now I do not recommend. Wish I could get my money back.

Our group had an amazing time exploring this play area over the weekend. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure everyone had a great experience. The main activity which was the soap workshop was very experimental .The kids couldn’t wait to take home their very own handmade soap. We had such a wonderful time at woo-hoo! It’s one of the best indoor play areas we’ve visited in Dubai — spacious, clean, and full of fun and creative zones for all ages. The splash room was a total hit — they even provide little raincoats so the kids can enjoy without getting soaked! But the real highlight for us was the music room — my girls had the best time trying out drums and different instruments. You could truly see their creativity come alive! Everything felt safe and well-organized, and the staff were kind and attentive. Highly recommend booking through the KidsApp for an easy experience and a nice discount. Perfect spot for letting kids explore, move, and imagine. We’ll definitely be back! 🎉💛
