I had an excellent experience with Crystal Blue for deep cleaning my home. The team was extremely professional and thorough — they didn’t watch the clock or rush through the work. Instead, they made sure every area was cleaned properly without any hesitation. They were also very prompt and arrived on time. A special thanks to Veronica, who helped with the booking and was always available on call or WhatsApp, making the entire process very smooth. Big appreciation to Mary, Nadesh, Hanna, and Jovial as well — all 4 of them were absolutely amazing, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Thank you, Crystal Blue, for making my house sparkle clean. Avoid this company at all costs. The task was to complete the molding on walls and do coloring. At the beginning, everything seemed fine. I was patient and gave them a full week instead of the promised 4 days to complete the work. After that, it turned into a complete nightmare. For four days, I was told every single day that "tomorrow the team will come and finish everything." No one showed up on each day. Just constant lies and empty promises. The total timeline stretched to 17 days instead of the promised 4. The work was eventually completed — but with a large number of defects and poor finishing details. I repeatedly sent photos of specific issues that needed to be corrected. Only after 17 days were some of the defects addressed — and even now, not all issues have been properly fixed. After the so-called completion, they didn’t even clean up the space properly. The floor was left in a dirty condition and color, and even a week later, no proper cleaning has been carried out. Messages ignored regularly. Zero responsibility and regular lying. Not even a proper apology from the owners Fahad and Asad. If you value your time, your home, and your peace of mind — stay away from this company.

Hired Crystal Blue for several bathroom renovations and expanding my guest room. They were extremely professional and effective at both design consultation and execution. They also proposed limewash paint for my Villa which incredible accentuated the overall aesthetics of my space. My special thanks to all the team at Crystal for such an incredible job.

I rarely ever leave reviews even if I had a bad experience but i felt this one was necessary given the unprofessional and frustrating experience with this company. I hired Crystalblue to paint my home (limewash & spray paint), and the experience was very disappointing. Although the person I initially communicated with, Fahed, was very responsive in the beginning, on the actual day of the work he stopped answering my messages. Instead, I kept getting bounced around between different people, which added even more confusion and frustration. They confirmed a 9 AM start time but arrived an hour late. When they finally showed up, they didn’t have all the necessary equipment and even ended up using my own ladder until their equipment arrived hours later. They also told me the work would take 3 hours, but it actually took 7 hours from the time they arrived. The delays, lack of communication, and poor preparation made the whole process stressful and unprofessional. Despite raising my concerns and requesting a reasonable discount for the inconvenience, they only offered 100 AED, which didn’t come close to reflecting the disruption caused. The painting itself was eventually completed, but the service and professionalism were far below what I expected

I’m disappointed with my experience with Crystal Blue. I paid for Limewash painting services, but the snag work in my home was not completed as agreed. I repeatedly followed up, but the unfinished areas are still outstanding. The lack of communication and failure to complete the job has been frustrating.
