AL FARHAN TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC

Fantastic experience with Al Farhan team for custom in-ground pool installation and landscaping. From the initial design through to execution and handover they have been very professional, and delivered high quality work with good value for money. During the process they were very collaborative to modify and refine design as the work was being implemented based on how things were progressing. Good communication and responsiveness with active whatsapp group tracking project progress on daily basis. The lead foreman and day to day construction team were well organized and efficient, they delivered the project ahead of schedule. Everything from pool construction, landscaping, electrical, civil work, painting and so on we were very happy with the service. Very responsive to feedback, where for minor items highlighted during the project they were very responsive to rectify. See pictures of final work and judge for yourself. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and trustworthy landscaping / pool professionals.

Please do not waste the money on them..after services is very bad....we just asked them to come and have a look at the leak at the pump room which caused us to close the main connection of water line...but they didnt come...and even didnt bother to give us the connection line diagram.. Which cause us to excavate majority of our pool....

A very bad company and staff and manager. They did my pool construction and installation, and I always have issues, poor service, no repair and ignore my calls, keep delaying so you finish the warranty, always unavailable travelling. No expertise for pools, they are cheating people, they don't know proper rules and material knowledge is very poor. Avoid them otherwise you will regret!! Welcome to contact me if needed this is a serious and real review.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They built my pool and the pool installation and I have had only problems, every 2/3 months I have issues as they didn't do the installation properly. On top of that always absent in Pakistan and they are irresponsive and don't fix the issues and keep you in trouble and don't answer. Terrible company and very poor service, don't use them for pool construction and installation they are not experts and will take your money and disappear. They will cheat, take money and ignore your requests...!

I live in Dubai Hills. This is a terrible company. They built my pool and the pool installation (chiller and salt system) and I have had only problems, pool leaks and material have issues every 3 months as they didn't do the installation properly, all wrong. On top of that always absent traveling to Pakistan and they are irresponsive and don't fix the issues and keep you in trouble and don't answer. Horrible company and very poor service, don't use them for pool construction and installation they are not experts and will take your money and disappear. They will cheat, take money and ignore your requests...! All the good reviews are their friends only, they are very bad and you can come to my place to witness their bad work!!! Don't trust or rely on them.

Thank you so much for the professional work. Thank you so much also for your commitment. You will feel very comfortable dealing with them because they know what to do and they are always on time.
