KABCO Building Contracting LLC | Swimming Pool and Landscaping Company Dubai

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Kabco from start to finish. The team truly turned our vision into a reality, giving us expert advice throughout the process while also really listening to what we wanted and making sure it reflected our style. A special mention to Awais, the onsite supervisor, who was here daily and made the whole process so smooth. He was always easy to communicate with, kept us updated and if there were ever any small issues, he fixed them quickly and without hesitation. The end result is absolutely incredible and has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Kabco to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism and great service.

We had our pool done by Kabco two years ago, and it completely transformed what was a pretty boring garden into a great outdoor space we actually use and enjoy. The landscape design and transformation was spectacular. Like any project, there were a few issues along the way, but Mohammed was always responsive and quick to sort things out. That made a big difference, as he is a man of his word. We love the pool — use it all the time. It genuinely feels like an extension of the house, and in hindsight, I only wish we had done it sooner. I’d happily recommend Mohammed from Kabco.

We engaged Kabco in February 2023 for a combined scope of swimming pool construction, landscaping, and minor civil works at our recently purchased villa. Overall, the project was delivered to a good technical and aesthetic standard, and the workmanship across the pool and hardscape elements has held up well. The only downside was the timeline, the project ended up being delayed, which was frustrating at the time. That said, the quality of the final wirk was solid, and the delay didn’t compromise the end result. What truly sets Kabco apart is their responsiveness. Throughout the project, and importantly after completion, they remained consistently reachable and willing to address questions or minor issues. This level of post‑handover engagement is rare and has been a standout part of our experience. Overall, Kabco is a reliable contractor with good workmanship and exceptional responsiveness. Yes, there were delays, but the overall experience was positive, and I would use and recommend them again for future works.

We engaged Kabco for a swimming pool installation and garden landscaping. They were very professional and helped us from the design stage providing clear 3D renders and then building this out as per the design. They managed the timeline very well and the after support was also very good. They’ve maintained the garden for us really well since handover. Would recommend them for landscaping, pool and pergola installations.

When my husband and I purchased our two-bedroom villa (with three bathrooms and a guest toilet), it was in terrible condition. We wanted to preserve the original layout of the house, so we needed a renovation team that could help us make the most of what we had. KABCO went above and beyond to transform every nook and cranny of our home, making it look brand new without compromising its original charm. The highlight of the project was the swimming pool and garden. I had a rough vision of what I wanted, and they brought it to life perfectly. Their attention to detail and ability to turn ideas into reality truly impressed us. The garden and pool area turned out even better than I imagined. Throughout the process, Asad and Baku were incredibly professional, assertive, and easy to work with. Even after the project was completed, they’ve been available to help us with a few things, which speaks volumes about their commitment to their clients. If you’re looking for a renovation team that’s reliable, talented, and goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend KABCO enough. They’ve turned our villa into the home of our dreams, and we couldn’t be happier!

After moving from Singapore to Dubai , first challenge was to find a good community to buy our house of dreams and the bigger challenge was to find a reliable contractor to extend , renovate our villa from inside and make us a nice outdoor space with pool that we have always desired . After various meetings with different contractors we found KABCO , company run by two brothers Asad and Baqir they were only guys who could explain the process of getting approvals done swiftly from developer and Trakhees department . They did this all for us in a very short period of time where the approvals for other villas in commmunity were stuck from months . They have been responsive , honest and reasonable throughout the process of construction and did our project in the agreed time . Their team was decent . We are lucky we chose them because there are a lot of haunting contractor and client stories. I highly appreciate them and would recommend them for renovations , extensions and swimming pool works .

After reaching out to several contractors for our new swimming pool, we chose KABCO. Unlike others, they took the time to truly understand our needs and worked collaboratively with us to design the perfect pool and BBQ area. Rather than focusing on upselling, they always prioritized our best interests and offered professional advice every step of the way. I highly recommend KABCO!
