Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received. For the past one month, I have sent multiple emails regarding my issue, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication feels careless and unprofessional, and it has caused significant inconvenience. I request that you please look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update or resolution as soon as possible. I expect better customer support and timely communication. If I do not receive a response soon, I will be forced to escalate this issue further. Thank you for your immediate attention.

Absolutely terrible experience. It’s been over a month since I applied for a refund, and every time I follow up, I get the same excuse — "technical difficulties." No proper communication, no updates, and no accountability. Even after multiple emails, they don’t bother to respond. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Bad customer service in terms of not answering the calls. Response to email is also unsuccessful. We have been facing difficulty in connecting & getting help from them , its been one week almost. Strongly disappointed.

Worst customer service ever regarding Noqodi payment. No response to customer service helpdesk number. Asked agents to call me back via email 2 to 3 times and they kept sending instructions via email. Government payment failure issue pending almost 4/6 weeks and I am very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of resolving system issues☹☹☹

DO NOT USE Noqodi. I have used the service to pay my Service Charge on a Villa in Green Community. My credit card was double charged by Noqodi without a Bank Authorisation Code. Customer Service telephone number rings out at all time sof the day, and is clearly not manned. Email response are vague, with no specific agents name or contact details provided, even when requested. I will be lodging complaint with Dubai Police to have the matter resolved.
