Extremely frustrating experience. I completed a tenancy agreement inside this office, believing I was dealing through a professional and accountable environment. After the tenancy ended, my security deposit was collected by the agent and has not been returned. When I contacted the company, they refused to assist and denied responsibility, stating it was not registered in their system. It is very concerning that such transactions can take place within their office without any accountability. I recommend extreme caution before engaging.

I had a very bad experience with this company. The sales team made misleading commitments which were not fulfilled later. I visited their office multiple times, but no proper support or resolution was provided. I appreciate Ms. Jesna (HR Manager) for listening to my concerns, though the issue was beyond her control. The main problem was with the sales team. I strongly advise others to be careful and ensure all commitments are properly documented before proceeding, as my experience resulted in a financial loss.
