This is by far one of the most frustrating payment link companies we have dealt with in the UAE. Since 1 June, Odit Travels has only received one settlement payment, while the remaining settlements are still outstanding to this day. Despite numerous follow-ups, emails, calls, and messages, the company has largely ignored our attempts to resolve the matter. For any business considering working with them, be aware that you may spend more time chasing your own money than focusing on growing your business. The lack of communication, accountability, and timely settlements has caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our operations. We have exercised patience and given the company ample opportunity to address the issue professionally, but the continued delays are unacceptable. If the outstanding settlements are not released immediately, we will have no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking court intervention to recover the funds owed to Odit Travels. Businesses deserve reliable partners, prompt settlements, and transparent communication. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

We had a negative experience, the settlements started getting delayed. There was no reply to our emails, the people employed stopped returning calls and there was no answer from landline number. We placed our trust in Faloosi and was left more than disappointed. You never expect to have to run after your money. And that's what happend. The red flags became obvious so stopped using Thier services. It's a shame because the company was ok for the first six months . Then things started to go wrong for us .

!!! Beware don’t subscribe to this payment gateway !!! I had the worse experience from this payment gateway. They don’t want to resolve any problem you have and they will not show the slightest effort of being helpful, delays in payment, demanding proof of service/product sale for almost every transaction NO MATTER HOW SMALL they won’t even put into consideration that you are a small starting business, unprofessional team when sending emails makes you feel as if you are been interrogated in a police station. I’ll cancel my subscription and look for other payment gateways, I won’t even budge to reclaim payments cause I know my efforts will be futile. I’ll have to consider this as a "life lesson paid with real money" so the next time I look for a service or a product, I’ll have to do my research properly.

BE VERY CAREFUL!! Very very very inconveniencing!! My experience was very, very unfortunate, a total waste of time. Imagine your client receiving a link of payment voluntarily and actively enter the details of their card and pays and then you a request of validation -.- No one informs you about this before hand or explains to the process they share 1 million document but not a single document that says this will take seven days or that you will be requested to submit any form of validation. And apparently an invoice is not enough. LOL!!!!! Multiple attempts of wasting your time of course to keep your money as long as possible in their accounts, you know why? to generate interest. Super incompetent "account" teams.

Initially agreed for a settlement within a maximum period of one week, and was going good for first one or two months. After 2 months, they said settlements will be little delayed due to Eid Holidays, which was in April 2023, we accepted the fact that bank transfers will be affected by holidays. This is September 29, approximately 6 months completed. We are yet to get the transactions done on 13th September (16 days) settled to our bank account. This 16-18 days delay is continuing since April and they will keep sending emails that their team is doing their best to speed up the settlements, which never felt like a truth. Strongly not recommended and not reliable for a smooth running of business.

I've been using Foloosi for the last two years and and collected payments worth hundreds of thousands dirhams. Service is smooth, no problem. Customer service is great, they are available for help within a few hours. charges are a bit higher but its worth the service they provide.
