The flight was canceled by the airline, not by me, yet I have still been waiting months for my refund. The lack of transparency and the slow handling of my case have been very frustrating. I understand that airline refunds can take time, but the agency should provide timely updates and better customer service throughout the process. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this travel agency. I hope they improve their refund process and customer support for future customers.
