Not only was he very empathetic, but his medical treatment was also highly professional and effective, which led to a significant improvement of my symptoms. I was equally surprised and pleased with the focus on health as well as customer service/client care! Knickole was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Fatima was very patient with all of my questions during my recent health checkup. In general staff are consistently ensuring I was informed and taken care of while multiple health care physicians are as hospitable.

Managing diabetes can sometimes feel overwhelming, but their encouragement, reassurance, and proactive support made a significant difference. Their attention to detail and prompt response to any concerns reflect a very high standard of patient-centered care. Exceptional care from Dr. Mavin and Dr. Idalys. Dr. Mavin handled my routine screening and expertly treated my high blood sugar, resolving the issue completely in two weeks. Dr. Idalys later provided a comprehensive cardiology screening. I highly recommend both specialists.

I have been visiting GluCare for a few months now. Dr. Çiğdem is excellent — she explains everything in detail and is always warm and friendly. I highly recommend her. All tests are done promptly without long waiting times, and while waiting for the results, you can enjoy a coffee. It’s a great service away from the crowded hospital environment.

I am absolutely stunned by the experience at Metabolic Clinic in Jumeirah. From the moment I entered until the moment I left, the entire experience was exceptional. The clinic itself is incredibly modern, beautifully designed, and equipped with advanced technology, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in great hands. The reception team was welcoming, professional, and always smiling, creating such a warm and comfortable atmosphere from the very beginning. I came for a thyroid package, which included complete blood tests, ultrasound, EKG, and a consultation. The nursing staff was amazing - they guided me through every step smoothly and efficiently, making the entire process feel stress-free and well organized. I was also very impressed by how fast everything was - I received most of my blood test results in I think less than 30 minutes! Another lovely touch was the complimentary coffee and smoothie corner while waiting for results. Such a thoughtful addition that really elevated the whole patient experience. There is also a pharmacy conveniently located inside the clinic, and my medications were prepared almost immediately after my consultation, which made the entire visit even more seamless and efficient. And finally, Dr. Haika Shoo was truly wonderful. She was warm, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain all of my results, recommend the right approach, and genuinely listen with care. I’ve been looking for a new clinic and doctors for my regular check-ups, and I can confidently say I’ve found the right place. I will definitely be coming back and can wholeheartedly recommend Metabolic Clinic. Truly perfect in every aspect!
