Worst customer service ever! The employee Shaji has a very unprofessional and disrespectful approach to communication; he was literally yelling. He never fulfills orders as promised. The whole sales team is unreliable, orders never arrive on time, communication is a nightmare, and they always have excuses. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I’ve been a customer of Chef Middle East since 2020, which makes this experience especially disappointing. When I contacted the company to place an order as usual, I dealt with a salesperson named Alaa. I was quoted a higher price than what I am normally charged for the same items. I clearly requested to be charged the usual price that I have consistently been given over the years. Despite this, and after I had already confirmed my order, Alaa refused to proceed with the order without providing a valid explanation. He then instructed me to contact a previous colleague who is not responsible for handling orders in my city, even though Alaa himself is responsible for orders in my city. As a long-standing customer, I find this handling unprofessional and frustrating. Inconsistent pricing, refusal to process confirmed orders, and being redirected incorrectly is not the level of service I expect from a company of this reputation. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures clearer accountability and fair treatment of loyal customers.

Impossible to order online. You need to go through registration and confirmation – but you have no option to get in touch with them to confirm whatever is needed – it should be done feom their end – and guess what – it's been a week and nobody got in touch.

I’ve noticed that every time I place an order, you send bread that is close to its expiration date. Should be at least three months, not nearly expired. If we get fined by Baladiya because of this, will you be responsible for the penalty? I have complained about this issue multiple times, yet the problem persists. Please ensure that future deliveries do not include near-expiry items.

we gave them a prepaid order and they said to collect it after an hour. So we sent our driver to pick up the items after an hour. So our Driver waited there for 1 and a half hours and at that time no one was not answering the call. After 1 and half hours they said your order is not paid even if it was paid. Very poor Customer Service. I'll not recommend

The worst customer service I’ve had for 7 years working with different F&B suppliers. Salesman Alock just ignoring calls and messages, even I told him that the request is important and urgent.
