To express my disappointment regarding the customer service we received during our recent visit to your office to inquire about availability. Unfortunately, our interaction with Jovy Mayo was not a pleasant one. We found the approach and tone to be rude and unwelcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. As customers making a simple inquiry, we expected to be treated with courtesy and professionalism.
