I book a cleaner from service market and it turns out that she’s part of this company , let me say I had to edit this review as of what happened to me on the second booking !! First booking was good and satisfying and I wrote my feedback based on that however when I booked second time they didn’t send the same cleaner but another one who spent a 3h long only in the kitchen , I was trying all the time to ask her to move faster as I need her to clean the rest of apartment but she just went slow until time finished and she left without cleaning anything except kitchen not even properly !! I had to contact the company on watsup however they didn’t offer any proper neither fair arrangements or compensation and I had to just stop arguing with them because as a customer I am not expecting to stress my self 2 days arguing just because I booked a cleaner .DISAPPOINTED

Very poor service from Eco Fix Cleaning Services. The cleaning team did not complete the job to an acceptable standard. Several areas of my home were left unclean, and the overall quality of work was disappointing. I expected a professional service, but the results did not match what was promised. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. They need to improve their quality control and ensure that cleaning tasks are completed properly before leaving the customer's premises.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent cleaning service I booked through your application. I requested two ladies for a duration of three hours to clean three rooms, specifically: • Two rooms sized 4x5 and 4x4 meters • One additional room (standard size) Unfortunately, the service did not meet the expected standards. One of the ladies was extremely slow and did not clean properly. When I pointed out certain areas that were clearly not cleaned, her response was that she "didn’t know" those areas were to be cleaned, and that she was only cleaning "from up to up." This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect your team to understand that when a cleaning service is booked, it is for a thorough and quality cleaning — not a surface-level task. To make matters worse, I tried to reach out to your supervisor/customer service for assistance, but my calls were ignored.

Amazing service! Easy, reliable and very thorough. We use them for a regular once a week clean plus a deep clean every other month. I highly recommend EcoFix!
