I want to be transparent: I did request less time than what Eco Clean initially recommended. However, this does not justify the poor quality of cleaning delivered and how slow they are in cleaning. Basic areas were left not properly cleaned, including dust still visible and an unclean balcony. I had to ask the team to return and redo the balcony, which is a very basic expectation in any cleaning service. The apartment was completely empty, so it did not require heavy effort or complex cleaning. Despite this, the overall result was below acceptable standards and did not reflect professional deep cleaning. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations, and I would not consider using Eco Clean again, even for regular cleaning. Do not waste your money.

After the cleaning, everything was perfectly spotless — the floors, windows, furniture, and even hard-to-reach areas. It is clear that the staff takes their work seriously and pays close attention to detail. I would also like to highlight the politeness of the staff and the high-quality service provided. I am very satisfied with the result and will definitely use their services again. I highly recommend this company to anyone who values cleanliness and professionalism.

Service booked: Move-out Deep Clean Service quality: Amazing, great communication with their WhatsApp team, quick responses and very understanding. Cleaning team are also very lovely and attentive, listened to my requests and communication wasn’t an issue. The night before I left my apartment door unlocked as the unit was empty and I wasn’t staying there. At 11.45am, they went in, with my permission ofc, and started cleaning straight away. I asked them what time they’ll be done and gave an approximate time of 5.30pm, I told them to let me know 30mins prior to the end so I can assess the cleanliness. 5.30pm comes and they’re making final touches, and I have no complaints. Perfect and pristine condition, like no one has lived in the apartment ever. Super happy with the outcome — highly, highly recommend their services!

I ordered Normal Cleaning and Sofa Cleaning from EcoClean. Two cleaners arrived with all the necessary equipment and cleaning products. The apartment was cleaned really thoroughly, every corner was taken care of, and the sofa looks fresh (I have a dog, so cleaning is important). Will book this guys again!

Highly recommend- this company was super professional from start to finish, but their cleaning abilities are 7 star service. They cleaned my 2-bedroom from top to bottom, with the contents still inside (which is rare to find these days) and it’s never been so spotless. I am definitely going to hire them on a regular basis to clean my apartment as my husband and I are both busy working professionals, and I can relax knowing they will do the most amazing job!

The guys did an unreal job cleaning our air con! This is the second time we used them. They are so quick and efficient and always leave the house absolutely immaculate afterwards too which is an added bonus 🤎 Thanks again can’t recommend enough!
