I was genuinely interested in enrolling in this school because of its reputation, but unfortunately my admissions experience has been far from professional. I was initially communicating with one admissions representative, then another staff member contacted me separately regarding the same enrollment. After I informed the original representative about the situation and shared the requested screenshots to clarify what had happened, all communication stopped completely. It has now been over two weeks without any update or response. Whether this was an internal miscommunication or something else, it should never affect a prospective student. When someone is making an important educational and financial decision, clear and professional communication is the minimum expectation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the admissions process in its current state.

Amazing learning experience! I took professional Diploma in Cookery and was just in awe to see how comprehensive the course coverage they offer there. Everyday was like a simulation of what exactly is happening in the kitchen in the industry. They have the best cooking equipment there is, (Electrolux!). The Chef trainers taught us even beyond the course content and more! The school continuously supports its graduates and current students by sending us to major events like GITEX 2020 and Gulfood 2021 to experience and work with different chefs. My experience with EHH in pullman Deira City centre was absolutely amazing. The staff and mentors were very friendly throughout the workshop and hosted us grandly, giving us a tour of the whole pullman Deira residences. We were also very grateful for the hands on experience in the demo kitchen- we got to make cheese twists from scratch. Overall, it was a great exposure to the field of hospitality and the multi faceted implications of such a field in business.

Would highly recommend them, specially to clients that are looking to start in F&B and don’t know where to begin. What’s great about Glee is that they are able to work with all kinds of different budgets, concepts and designs.

Glee hospitality has been amazing to us. They have helped us conceive our restaurant from A to Z and were even ready to fly in to Oman if need be to help with the fit out. If you want to get into the F&b business , do it the right way and do it with glee. They have the knowledge and the right connections. There were extremely helpful and patient with me as I took my time with Mint&coco. Natalya especially has been of so much help and has always been sharing the latest ideas. Yousef has also been extremely helpful. I have mixed emotions as the project has come to an end. I’m happy that our project is a success but sad that I won’t have to pick the phone and call you guys for questions! ♥️

These guys have been around for almost a decade and you can tell with the amount of knowledge they have. Seriously, anything needed to open a restaurant can be done by the Glee team. They were a delight to deal with and went the extra mile whenever necessary. Well done guys, bravo

Their services were way below my expectations, they don’t care about their customers satisfaction even 1%, unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. They slowed down my project in many areas which they were responsible for. All they care about is getting $$$

TOP CHEF cooking studio is such an amazing place to hold your Cooking, Team building or any culinary activities you could think of. The place itself is haven with cozy ambience that caters to all clientele.More so, the owner cum Chef Ms Nadira is very hands on and make sure each and every details from prep to cooking to eating are all well taken cared of. Adding the whole TOP CHEF team which are all very accommodating and supportive makes our event even more precious and memorable Kudos to TOP CHEF team. We had a team building in Top Chef, and believe me it’s way more fun then bowling or all this kind of things. 1. Atmosphere I like the set up of the place. It makes you feel cozy, like you are in someone’s house. I also find this place very stylish and artistic 2. Cooking experience I like that the chosen menu wasn’t that complex and you can actually cook the same at home. I don’t like recipes which can’t be repeated after due to the exclusivity of the products or skills required. P.S. you definitely will not be hungry after. I couldn’t finish the dishes we cooked. 3. Hospitality I went through reviews and saw some bad reviews of people complaining about the attitude of chefs. I didn’t face it at all. Everyone was super welcoming. The owner was very nice to us as well. Not sure why my experience is so different to other people, but i didn’t face such issues. Highly recommend!!!

My daughter really enjoyed her time at Top Chef Kids Camp! The staff were very friendly, cooperative, and great with the kids — you can tell they truly care about creating a fun, hands-on learning environment. The cost was also quite reasonable for what they offer. One small suggestion: because of time limits, the kids didn’t get to make every dish entirely on their own. It might be better to reduce the number of menu items so they can experience the full cooking process from start to finish. There were also no printed recipes provided, which would’ve been nice for the kids to take home and try again later. Additionally, gloves weren’t used by either the chefs or the kids — they were asked to wash their hands regularly, which is good, but I’d personally prefer if gloves were used for extra hygiene. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and my daughter came home excited and proud of what she made!

It was my first culinary experience at Top Chef/Dubai and it was awesome! Super fun and therapeutic. The class is very well organized and the entire class layout makes everyone work together, not individually, which is what makes it more fun. Our chef, Anthony Pichon, made the class so much more fun, providing knowledge as well as a couple of laughs. Highly recommend this class to everyone🍴

Went there by mistake actually, and they were still super nice and kind and let me stay and be a part of one of their cooking classes. I liked their style because it was very practical and fast. The class however was suitable for beginners or ‘nuls’ in the kitchen, in the group there were some people who didn’t know how to cook and were able to learn some new skills. As a vegetarian it was not an issue, as the food portions were big and not having part of the main dish was actually a relief 😅 otherwise they would have had to carry me out with a toeing truck Thanks again for the class, it was honestly a pleasure

Best experience and a birthday party I have planned for my girls! The hospitality, organization, friendliness of staff, patience with the kids is something else! Words won’t be enough to describe our great experience at Top chef! Highly recommended for kids/teens birthday parties . Before joining Nest Academy, I was told there would be proper examinations as part of the program. After starting, the structure turned out to be different, with assessments instead of the exam format that was originally explained.There has also been poor communication regarding transfer-related documents, with no clear updates or timely responses when I followed up. This lack of clarity has made the overall experience more frustrating than expected.Overall, the gap between what was promised during admission and what is actually being delivered has been disappointing, and I expected a more transparent and responsive process from the start.

I was a student of nest academy, ( business management) I studied there for two years however I cancelled my visa on September 2025, and I was told that the refund (750 AED) would take 30 to 40 days to process. It has now been over 3 months, and I still have not received my money back. Every time I follow up, I get different excuses, and they have even tried to charge me for things I already paid just to justify the delay. Communication is inconsistent, and the student support is extremely poor. And not only with the visa, they told me I can transfer to France in my 3rd year, when I started the process they started making excuses and saying that I didn’t pay fees that were already paid. I do not recommend this institution due to their lack of professionalism and responsibility.

I am a student of Nest Academy, enrolled in the (Hospitality Management)I have been glad to be a part of this academic family. However, 2 months ago I decided to cancel my student visa associated with the college and have now switched to a work visa. After informing the college of my decision, I was frequently asked by the team regarding the payment for visa cancellation.Then i paid 1500 (AED)& they told 750 (AED) will refund with the required documents.And I cooperated fully and submitted all the required documents for my refund request over 2 weeks ago.Despite being promised that the refund would be processed by Friday, I have not received any payment or further update as of today. The delay and lack of communication are causing concern, and the entire process is beginning to feel unprofessional and misleading. I kindly request immediate attention to my case and a clear update on the status of my refund. I hope the institution will handle this matter responsibly and maintain its commitment to supporting students fairly.

I graduated recently from Nest Academic and overall I had a good experience. The teachers are polite and extremely helpful during class and even after classes. I have huge respect for Ms Priyanka who has helped me so much I can’t list everything from the start of college until my graduation. The emails and student affair team is very responsive however there are rooms for improvement when it comes to document work and mostly paperwork’s. The school has given students lots of opportunity build a better career and always ensure the students are engaging on school activities to ensure they are happy. Thank you nest!
