Our son has flourished thanks to the dedicated teams, including Ms. Christeen, Ms. Supuni, Ms. G, and Ms. Donna, who seamlessly blend safety and a love for learning with social engagement, all while making it feel natural and enjoyable. From the moment you arrive, Ms. Marwa and Ms. Nye provide warm and welcoming support, ensuring that every child is recognized by name and nurtured with genuine affection. They are inclusive of parents, which is incredible. We wholeheartedly recommend this nurturing environment!

My daughter has been at this nursery for over 1 year and we're so satisfied with the experience. She's really cared for by all the teachers and staff and every day she's excited to go. The staff to teacher ratio is excellent and the classrooms are huge and light and bright. The outdoor area is very nicely done with a gardening area, playground, biking, sandpit etc. Thanks to her teachers Ms G and Ms Arlice from both classes and Ms Regan and Ms Mercy for taking such good care of her. Everyone at the nursery is so welcoming and friendly. Parking and pickup and dropoff are all easy for working parents.

Our family experience with Step by Step has been incredible! If you want a nursery that feels like a second home for your child, then this is the place. From reception and management to teachers and assistants - everyone is warm, kind and extremely professional - yet make you feel like your child is being left with family. Our son was enrolled at 18 months and just complete his final term before moving on to big school. He has developed beautiful friendships and social skills, and academically excels for his age. The facility is new, spacious and bright - the curriculum creative, explorative and fun! Highly recommend this wholesome and safe space for little ones!

My son Farris absolutely loves attending this nursery — he talks about it all the time at home and is always excited to go in the morning. The environment is calm, welcoming, and never overwhelming, which has made his transition surprisingly so smooth. The staff are truly wonderful. A special thank-you to Ms. Kalani, Ms. Donna, and Ms. Shanki for their kindness, patience, and the love they show the children every day. Their dedication really shines through, and it has made such a positive impact on Farris. I also want to extend my gratitude to Marva, for her warm leadership and open communication, and to Neyvette for always being so helpful, supportive, and approachable. Their presence adds so much reassurance and positivity to the overall experience. Communication is excellent, both through the app and directly via WhatsApp, which makes me feel informed and connected to his day. Pick-ups and drop-offs are always warm and friendly, and I feel completely at ease knowing he’s in such caring hands. I genuinely appreciate everything the team does — this nursery has been such a blessing for us.

What a great nursery Step by Step Jumeirah is!! The most attentive staff, welcoming, professional, a place where teachers and teaching assistants really take care of your children. We visited on an Open day when they were having a really good discount, and decided to go for it. After seeing many other nurseries, we felt this was the right one since the moment we entered. It's not a big place, so it gives you that cozy feeling of home. Classrooms are spacious, there is lots of light coming in and we love the outdoor area. Admin staff have been so supportive with us and helped us in the transition process. We are thankful to have our child in such good hands, it's lovely to enter the building and see how everybody knows our kid's name. They really give a personalized attention to everyone, you are not just a number, but a valued parent in the community. I can't recommend enough this place! Where do I begin…. Yesterday marked the close of a 2 year chapter at Step by Step Jumeirah. To see how far my daughter has come, has been a joyful experience, one that I will hold dear for the rest of my life. The end of year celebration was a beautiful show of not only the learning achievements, but also to the bonds that have been created and nurtured. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room, as the teachers and children showcased their learning journey to us the parents. We saw confidence, bravery, independence, happiness and joy, we saw children shine in an environment that truly was tailored to each child’s specific needs - no one was left out. We saw teachers and staff look on to their students with joy even with tears in their eyes, as the reality of another chapter closed. The end of year celebration was truly a celebration; of what the kids have accomplished, what the teachers and staff have poured into the children to help them grow. It was organized in a manner that allowed the children not only to be present, but to showcase themselves in their individual lights! I cannot recommend Step by Step enough!!! This school fulfilled all my expectations as a parent and I am truly grateful to every member off staff that we have encountered over the past two years!
