I used the guys for drilling a concrete wall and mounting 2 plugs in the wall in the kitchen and one in the maid’s room. I also asked them to install some lights that turned out to be trickier than expected. They did a fantastic job and even unmounted the lights to adjust them as my wife wanted. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I contacted them because my AC was leaking water. They told me they would arrive within one hour after 10 AM, but they only showed up around 12 PM. After checking the unit for about 15 minutes, the technician told me he was just going to his car and then disappeared. I couldn’t reach him for an entire hour. When I finally managed to contact him, he said he needed to buy some parts and would be back in 30 minutes. The problem is that I am the one who is expected to pay for those parts, yet nobody explained what the issue was or what exactly needed to be replaced. Instead of being honest, he simply said he was going to the car and kept me waiting for hours. By 2 PM, I was still waiting with no proper communication or respect for my time. This company is unprofessional and irresponsible. Everyone has work and responsibilities; nobody can spend the whole day waiting because of poor communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your time and avoid this business.

Don’t ever fall in the trap of hiring them , they came to install a socket and did terrible job , the socket was on even if you turn it off and the wiring all just fell apart in 2 days , I called them to come fix it they came and were constantly on the phone with another person telling them what to do so obviously the person was not a professional that was getting instructions remotely , he burned the whole electrical system and everything in the house stripped working including the AC I had to pay over 2000 for parts and replacing the fried and destroyed parts

I usually only leave five-star reviews .. but I had a very disappointing experience with this electrician with the job we did at my house in Damac hills 2.. Initially, he seemed professional but as the work progressed he started asking for additional money beyond the agreed price. I ended up cutting the job short after he installed the lights in the kitchen and living room. When I checked his work, it was awful. In the kitchen he wired all 10 spotlights to a single switch while leaving two other switches completely disconnected. On top of that, I paid 1,915 AED just for the installation despite already providing the lights myself! when i called him today, i told him would write a review and he did not seem to care, so here it is.

Found them on the net and after trying different electrician companies I reached out to Al Madina Technician and were very professional and honestly transparent with prices, getting me connected to a lighting shops that gave me wholesale prices I would never get on my own. were very helpful in giving me options before even coming in for the job. Came on time and fixed my lightings with the best prices. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot give zero star that is why i gave 1 star. This person is unprofessional, don’t know the work and no resposibility. In october2025, he checked my old heater and told to change the heater. He bought new heater and he told that heater is top rated brand and good quality as well. Since he installed, as of now (25/12/2025) the heater has not been giving heat and now he is not taking my call as well as not responding my whatsapp chat. He is so irresponsible person. So, just take care and be away from these kind of useless people
