I experienced horrible customer service and huge delays with my car repair. The staff kept changing the time and day of when I could come and collect my car and finally told me that they would arrange for the car to be dropped off at my place of work at 5:30pm. The car never showed up and the employee I was in contact with had turned off their phone! I was finally able to reach the manager of the company at 8:45pm who was of absolutely no help at all, was extremely rude, and began yelling at me that there was nothing he could do. What a horrible, incompetent garage with rude and inefficient employees. I would never come back here or recommend it to anyone.

Terrible customer service and crooks. I had a very minor scratch on the hood of the Tesla car and they wanted to charge me 2400 dhs for it. When I said it was expensive he replied' we know our jobs' dismissively and walked away... Well when i spoke to Tesla they said jobs like this are around 350 dhs!! Please stay away and don't encourage crooks to take your money.

I given my accident Nissan tida last week to TR LLC and it was serviced by Mr. Elton , and I have to say that I am impressed by Mr. Elton work, the way of deal with customer's professionally , giving his best to meet the deadline under pressure and ensuring customer satisfaction. Was very delicate case as I had to bring my car that had rear accident for the second time, so the trunk had to be fixed for the second time, The experience started on one leg but Ramesh came along and knew how to make it end well for me, Thank you and hopefully no more accident for me,

worst experience i had in my life, charged money from insurance , but did not fix it , i took my car 3 time there for same issue, the Guy always give me excuse and promise me we will fix soon but nothing happen, please think 100 before visit there , it's highly unprofessional. will waste your time and money.
