I purchased a large genset with 12 months warranty which was not honoured. The genset auto switch which was a reputable high spec unit failed after 10 months which was clearly a manufacturing error but Ultimate Power Solution claimed this particular part was not covered, despite selling the entire complete genset unit as warranted entirely for 12 months. No mention of certain parts not being covered.
